Easy check in, great quick communication. It had basic things one might need. I think just some general updating might help and maintenence ( sliding glass door was a little tricky) the shower doors in main bedroom seem rickety. Trim the backyard vegetation so you can appreciate the water view from the pool and the dock. It was a little difficult getting around the pool with the overgrowth in the way. A lot of bug bites out on the dock. We had a nice stay though all and all .

The tiki bar and back dock are awesome, and the dolphins even stopped by to give us a show. Walking in the house takes you back the 70's.

Beautiful house near the beach

Stayed here with my friends for a week and absolutely love this place. We would definitely stay here again. The dock and pool were awesome, it's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the owner was super responsive with questions.

Relaxing time with family

Great spot in cocoa beach Enjoyed being close to beach, and all the dining options and attractions. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Always enjoy the area.

VRBO pictures do not match the current look of the property. Just disappointing that there were not more basic amenities provided…shampoo, soap, kitchen cleaning supplies, a couple laundry pods, just anything would have been appreciated. I was shocked. Very minimal extra, some lights and fans didn’t work. We had to clean most pots, pans, and cooking dishes we used. This home could be amazing but is lacking a lot of TLC.

Beautiful house, excellent location, very well equipped (kitchen and bathrooms); however the bathrooms would like some upgrades 😉😉 Loved it 😊

Great property close enough to the beach, watch rockets take off, catch fish in the canal, boats, SUPs, and surf boards. Everyone loved it.

Great Vacation Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. The backyard is a tropical getaway in its self. We were very excited to be able to view the rocket launches from our very own tiki bar. The property is in close proximity to all of the major restaurants and shops. The property management company was very responsive and was truly a pleasure to deal with.

Property was disappointing and needs some remodeling, new furniture, etc. It has potential but needs some TLC to be a better value.

Fantastic Home

The Basics - communication was accurate and timely, very easy to get in, home was clean and well appointed, location is convenient to attractions (but very quiet), price was very reasonable. The Extras - The outdoor tiki bar, dock, outdoor shower, paddleboards/kayaks, hammock, pool, etc were incredible. We had a manatee come visit the dock for a bit - very cool.Would absolutely recommend and plan to stay here again.

Brother trip

The property was very accommodating for our time together. The patio and tiki bar was a great place to visit saw manatees and dolphins swim right past the dock and had a spectacular view of the rocket launch Sunday night. The patio slider door sure could use new rollers and beds could use replacing. The king bed was great

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time. We were able to see dolphins in the canal a couple of times which was so exciting. There are kayaks and a paddle board. We didn’t brave it because there wasn’t a ladder back up to the dock but I’m sure it’s doable. The house was great, tons of room and very comfortable. Great location in the middle of all kinds of great restaurants and just down the road from a park/public beach which was wonderful.

Exactly what you want out of a vacation rental!

We had the best time at this rental! Check-in/ Check-out was smooth and easy and the home was spotless. They included a guest book with nearby restaurant recommendations, and activities near us. The kitchen had updated appliances, and plenty of plateware/ cookware. We took the kayak and paddleboards out to watch the sunset and it felt like we were in a picturesque movie. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach. 10/10 !!
