Nuestro apartamento está directamente en una hermosa playa de arena, ofreciendo impresionantes vistas al océano y el sonido relajante de las olas. Está equipado con aire acondicionado, wifi de alta velocidad, camas cómodas en habitaciones separadas para mayor privacidad, una cocina completamente equipada, y televisores inteligentes nuevos y cortinas opacas en cada habitación. Incluimos esenciales de playa (como toallas, sillas, nevera y sombrilla) para tu estancia.

Lovely Vacation Stay

It was a nice place to stay with great views. The beach acess is just steps from the building and plenty of restaurants within walking distance to pick from. Its also a plus because you have your own private parking space as not all places offer that with the price of the stay. They also have 24 hour security and always ready to help in any way.

We chose this condo to celebrate our granddaughter’s 3rd birthday and her very first trip to Puerto Rico, and it turned into a truly unforgettable experience.The condo itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Every detail feels well thought out, and the ocean view is simply breathtaking morning coffee and evening sunsets became highlights of our day. The layout easily accommodated our family, giving everyone comfort without ever feeling crowded.The location is a major advantage. You’re just minutes from the airport, which makes arrival and departure incredibly convenient, yet you still feel like you’re in a true beachfront escape. You’re also close to fantastic dining options, including the famous kiosks in Loíza, as well as easy access to Old San Juan and major highways for exploring the island.A few recommendations for future guests:* Take full advantage of the balcony views sunrise and sunset are both worth it.* Visit the Loíza kiosks for authentic local food (a must).* Plan at least one day in Old San Juan it’s an easy drive and absolutely worth it.* If traveling with family, this place is ideal for both relaxing and using as a home base for adventures.The host was excellent, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. We had an excellent stay here. The apartment was as pictured, clean and well appointed with extras for the beach. The building was also well run with helpful doormen & a great place for breakfast in the lobby. We hope to definitely stay here again :-) Thank you!!

This apartment is in a fantastic location. The views from the living room are breathtaking. Access to the beautiful Isla Verde beach is unbeatable. The apartment was also really very nice and comfortable.

Perfect little getaway!

We stayed here during our son's Spring break. The unit was just as described, very clean and had everything we needed. At night, the Teens were able to Uber to hot spots as we relaxed on the porch overlooking the ocean. The porch was perfect for morning coffee views as well. Great communication by the owners. This is a very quiet building/area at night but right next to the casino. The gate was locked to the beach at 7 pm so you would have to walk to the public beach access ramp if you wanted to go for a nightly walk on the beach. The keypad to the gate was not working at the time. Great place and would book again!

Renter beware!

I have stayed at numerous homes, villas, apartments, etc with VRBO and another rental agency that I was told I couldn’t mention over the last 15 years. NEVER have I been disappointed in any of my stays until now. There was absolutely nothing luxurious about this apartment as described. There were bugs in the kitchen, the floors were so filthy that our feet were black on the bottom. Half of the Apartment was cool and the other half was not. There were these huge fans on the balcony that were blowing warm air. I told the owner that we could not enjoy the balcony with the hot fans blowing. Her solution was to turn off the air conditioning on the inside of the apartment then I could turn off the fans on the balcony. That is not a solution in 95° weather. After voicing my concerns with the apartment I was told by the host/owner that she would refund my stay. We left the next morning and because it was after the 10am checkout I was charged for 2 nights. In the end I was reimbursed for 5 nights minus all cleaning and other fees. Such a scam in my opinion.
