Heated POOL- 2 Houses to BEACH- Coastal Upper Unit

Our Upper unit features an open kitchen and dining area, flooded with natural light by all of the surrounding windows. There is a nice outdoor balcony off of the front, with a high table, chairs, and a lounger. The two spacious bedrooms (each with a Queen bed) also have a tub/shower bathroom in between. The shared Heated Pool is just downstairs with a shared outdoor area with tons of seating. Beach towels and chairs included! Best of all, the beach is just a few houses down.

Beautiful place with plenty of supplies for a fun filled beach vacation. Super short walk to a beautiful quiet area of Clearwater beach! Check in was super easy and plenty of beach essential available! Would stay here again!

Excellent property with everything you'll need for an awesome vacation. Quiet location with quick access to beach for long shelling walks. Short drive to Pickleball courts and many restaurants. Ryan was an 5 star host who answered all my questions promptly. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway

Cute condo in nice neighborhood. Stayed with my family of four and our favorite part of the stay was coming home after the beach and swimming in the beautiful pool. Communication with owners was very quick. Main complaint is that the beds/pillows were not very comfortable.

Just what we needed

Overall great experience. Incidental concerns (that are to small to mention) were brought up to host and addressed within a few hours. The location and amenities are great for a small family or mature couple. 100% would return to stay at this rental. Thank you!

Fantastic vacation

This apartment is just as it appears in the photos, very nice, clean, and in great repair. The owners take pride in this home. The pool is clean and heated, although we didn’t really use it because we were at the beach. The beach is only a block away, fine powder sand, and not crowded in this residential area. Ryan and Amy furnish plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. They also communicate promptly. Definitely would love to come back and stay longer!

Perfect Beach House

The quietest most chill part of Clearwater Beach and within walking distance to all of the entertainment and restaurants you could want. Just a 2 minute walk to public beach access. Everything you could need or want is provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, beach carts, and boogie boards. The apartment is clean and updated just as described. Also a saltwater pool that is only shared with 2 other units. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again on my next visit to Clearwater
