We are addicted to this little beach house. We keep returning to this quirky little piece of heaven. There is just something so relaxing about the North end of Clearwater Beach. The pool/hot tub in the private yard are perfect and the short walk to a practically deserted white sand beach is a vacationers dream. So happy to see North Beach coming back to life after Helene’s unwanted visit.

Great location for easy access to beach and restaurants! Pool was the perfect size and hot tub was great. We enjoyed our stay with son and pups very much.

We love how close this house is to the beach! The pool was fun, the hot tub was great. We did wish there was a kitchen table with 4 chairs but eating on the patio was a good option. This was our second time staying here and would definitely come back.

The property matched its description and the location near the beach was excellent. The pool was a great feature and the perfect size for our stay. The house was clean, though the kitchen wasn’t very well equipped and the Keurig didn’t work during our visit. Indoor seating was limited, with only a small table and two chairs and no dedicated dining area.

Absolute hidden gem! The location is everything!! If you like privacy and not being right in the mix of things this is your place! But still close enough to get to everything. Very short walk to the beach, easy access & the beach was private everyday there was barely anyone around! My kids also lived in the pool all week! We usually stay in condos but we really enjoyed staying in a private home with a pool to get the kids more free access without worrying about a bunch of people around. And the price was awesome! The only complaint I have is the back living room was very hot we couldn’t use it but luckily we didn’t really need it. Still 10/10 and will definitely be back!

We love this property! We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoy it! It is very close to the beach, pet friendly, and we love the pool and hot tub! You will not find a better place to stay in Clearwater Beach, Florida! The host is fantastic!

We stayed at the Spa House for two weeks this year. The repairs/upgrades to this cute little beach house were worth the wait after the hurricane season of last year. Still a lot of construction around the neighborhood but totally understandable after what Clearwater went through. Can’t wait to book again!

Family friendly

Perfect location and holy for our family with a 1 year old and 8 year old. Close proximity to a quiet beach. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions I had. Would consider staying here in the future.

Quaint beach cottage

This cottage has everything we needed. It is a short walk to the gulf and located in a pleasant neighborhood that is close to almost. When we were there, we practically had the beach to ourselves.

The Spa House never disappoints! This was our 5th year at this cute lil’ beach bungalow and we loved every minute of our Clearwater vacation.

Fantastic Beach home

This is a fantastic beach home for a small family. Very clean, perfect location with very short walk to beach. Pool, hot tub and outdoor shower were great...definitely staying there again!!! Mike B ( Massachusetts )
