The sun is shining on beautiful Clearwater Beach.

Our cottages are cleaned to the highest standards for your family's health. We have always provided extremely clean cottages with our trained staff.

We have been providing cottages on Clearwater Beach for 20 years. We know what is important to you and we appreciate the opportunity to enhance your vacation stay. Thank you for supporting this small business on Clearwater Beach.

We have additional fully equipped 2/1 Clearwater Beach cottages at this awesome location, same great amenities.

All cottages are ground floor and have individual entrances (no elevators to share).

All cottages have full kitchens and are self-catering.

Our back garden oasis contains two pools and a 170-foot patio with tables and chairs for each cottage. Plenty of room for sunning and enjoying the outdoors.

The Key Lime Cottage, 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation rental is part of a 7 cottage resort located on the quiet Cyprus Avenue behind the Chapel By The Sea Church.

These beautiful homes are landscaped together in a tropical garden, with palm trees and room for 2 heated pools, all very peaceful and private. We are a 2-minute walk to the beach. Unlike most residential homes we are very close to the shops, and restaurants, such as Frenchy's and the Palm Pavilion, listen to live music while watching the sunset, you will not have to worry about driving or parking your car, just leave it in our parking lot. Pier 60 is also very close and famous for its Key West style sunset festival, which takes place every evening, a great place for the kids.
We also have two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and one-bedroom, one-bathroom vacation homes available.

Hidden Gem

The Key Lime Cottage is newly renovated. Everything is clean, fresh and comfortable. The pools are warm and well maintained. We loved the private oasis just a few blocks from the beach. James was very easy to contact and quick to reply. We will definitely be back!

Family get away

Obviously this isn’t a Hilton but for the price you pay it’s wonderful! The location is great, it’s a cute little house and comfy beds. My only complaint was the outdoor area and tracking the dirt/mulch into the house. I tried to rinse it off but water hose wouldn’t work.. it was a great place to stay for a couple of days!

Overview of Property and Stay

The location of the property to the beach and to town is great. But to be honest the property needs some major in=mprovements. The decor is getting very worn, the air conditioners are very noisy and the TV's need to upgraded to have more channels for family members. The pool area is nice and secluded but after it rains the flower beds spill over into walk ways and get into the pools. The common areas need to be blown off daily and the pools cleaned daily. There also needs to be more shade areas round the pool to sit. The appliances are substandard by todays standards. Lastly the whole area outside should be non smoking.

Enjoyed the stay. We especially liked the pool patio and location. It definitely does not have the frills like some properties but had everything we needed.

This was our second stay at the Key Lime. We love the location. Walked the beach every day. Played pickleball just across the street! Could walk to shopping and lots of restaurants!

Great stay for young family

We stayed at Key Lime - my husband myself and our 3 and 1 year old. It was the perfect size. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Great size bedrooms and storage. They had a highchair and a play crib for our youngest. The pool area was beautiful and they had lots of sand toys my toddler loved playing with. I had one problem with the internet and texted the host and within 30 min it was fixed! 2 min walk to the beach and restaurants and pharmacy. Great getaway with are family. Thanks!!

Perfect Location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Key Lime Cottage. The location is perfect!! We could walk to the beach and restaurants. I could walk across the street and play pickleball. We enjoyed the pool being right outside our back door.

Cute, quiet, clean, walking distance to the beach, downtown strip. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive. I would recommend without reservation and would rent again.

Great Experience

Although our stay was cut way too short, thanks to Hurricane Ian
.we had a great time staying at the Key Lime cottage. Location was excellent only a couple blocks walk to the beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Week at Key Lime Cottage

This property was exactly as described. It was definitely a week of relaxation by the pool, a short walk to the beautiful beach and when a little more excitement is wanted a trolley can be taken to the busier areas and other beaches. I would definitely suggest going to watch the nightly sunset festival where vendors offer their arts and crafts. Working directly with the owners made the experience even more positive, although we didn't need much that wasn't already thought of and provided. Everything about the cottage was lovely and in great condition. Can't wait to return.

Perfect preholiday getaway

Overall Great Place

Had a great time staying @ Cyprus Avenue Beach Vacation Rentals. The owners were extremely friendly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach or pool. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect, first family vacation as a single mom with kids!

Everything was just wonderful about this place and experience with the property manager. The location was extremely close to the beach but far enough away from the main road where we never heard any of the loudness from the main road strip. I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend others to stay!

These quaint and cozy units located in the mid-North Beach area are in the best location possible, located away from South Beach, which tends to be overcrowded and more saturated. Staying in This property will provide you with a better experience being closer to Mandalay Ave where all the bars and restaurants are located while staying away from the heavy crowds. You'll be close to the action while staying in a peaceful area. The two-minute walk to the beach access for these cottages is next to the two most sought-out restaurants on Clearwater Beach; the Palm Pavilion and Frenchy's Rockaway Grill the two beachfront restaurants that have become icons of the area. There is also a gas station within one block of these cottages which makes your stay much more convenient. We also have public basketball and tennis courts across the street. Don't miss out on this excellent accommodation, a family-operated gem!
