The space

Every detail of this Yucca Mesa home was carefully and meticulously designed with custom finishes and appointments.

Very bright and spacious (1,538 sqft) sleeps 8 comfortably. Open concept great room with Samsung Frame 65" TV, handmade full length wood mirror, one-of-a-kind marble coffee table, huge custom Boucle sofa, sliding door leading to the backyard, and adjacent to fully equipped kitchen which boasts stainless steel stove/oven, Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave and huge prep island with indoor dining table for 4. There is also a huge dining table located on the outside back patio which comfortably seats 8.

The main bedroom has a King bed with premium Sealy hybrid mattress, and an en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom; one has a Queen bed with premium Sealy Hybrid mattress ; other bedroom has a full single mattress in bunk bed layout and and work/office space. We also have a Queen Air Mattress available for 2 extra guests. This home was built and decorated with attention to every detail.

Enjoy the fully enclosed 10 foot cowboy pool and hot tub in the backyard or just sit outside and sip on a cup of coffee and appreciate the serene peace and breathtaking views of the desert and mountains

Temperature can be controlled through Nest thermostat but the ac tends to make the bedrooms much colder than the rest of the house. All 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Other things to note
Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking. You can add more guests (up to 8) or remove guests if needed, but your final guest count must be accurate at time of check-in and is monitored by hosts.

The house has a septic system, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper and try to use as little toilet paper as possible!

There are plenty of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants within 5-15 miles so you don’t have to worry if you forgot something.

The Casa De Lux is located in the high desert of California. Joshua Trees are protected and under no circumstances should you physically touch, move, or come in contact with a Joshua Tree. You may encounter animals like coyotes, snakes, bobcats during your time in Joshua Tree. Please understand any encounter with plant or wildlife comes at your own risk.

Note: Initial price is for 6 guests. Each guest above 6 is charged at $89 per night so price will reflect number of guests. This is to offset extra wear and tear on house from additional guests or larger groups. Guest count must be accurate.

It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas and other outside accessories MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas or accessories are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

The cowboy pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.
