Newly renovated side of a duplex near Nationwide Children`s and downtown. Be greeted by a nicely-decorated living space that exudes warmth and comfort. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cooking supplies. Primary bedroom and second bedroom each feature a comfy queen-sized bed with soft linens. The third bedroom features a private work space and single bed. Every room is thoughtfully decorated, providing a serene and welcoming ambiance. We`re looking forward to welcoming you!
To enhance your stay, Sheldon Gold is equipped with a range of modern amenities. Enjoy the seating on the front porch, chill out in the lovely living room and enjoy a great meal in the dining room. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TVs, or pamper yourself in clean, modern bathrooms with toiletries and linens supplied. Additionally, you`ll have access to a washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Free off and on street parking available.
While the two sides of the duplex share a large front porch, each side has it`s own front door with secure electronic lock, and unique code for each reservation. We also provide a key to each unit`s back door to offer easy access to off-street parking through the private backyards.
We are happy to answer any questions or accommodate special requests (within reason) if possible. We can be as involved or uninvolved as our guests prefer.

Close proximity to hospitals (Nationwide Children`s is 1 mile away), colleges, and highways for convenient travel.
Walking, biking, and driving are all great ways to get around here. Two free parking spots in rear lot, plus free street parking. After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a link to our home’s Guidebook, detailing the best places to visit, eat, and shop in the area.
For stays of 30 nights or more, a signed lease is required and will be sent via email—we request you provide your email address upon booking. Pets may be allowed for stays of 30 nights or more with host approval, with a $200 fee per pet.

GUEST CONDUCT AND NOISE
• Please treat the property as you would your own home.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Keep noise to a minimum indoors and outdoors.
• In multi-family buildings, keep sound levels low at all hours.
• No parties, events, or open invitations. Only registered guests are allowed unless pre-approved.
• The total number of people (including visitors) may not exceed the occupancy listed. Unapproved guests or over-occupancy may result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation.
NON-SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the property (inside or outside).
• Applies to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.
• Evidence of smoking (odor, ash, residue) will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation.
• Additional cleaning or repairs beyond the $1,000 fine may be billed.
• Smoke detectors may be monitored remotely. Do not tamper with any safety device.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Please clean up after yourself. Wash dishes, wipe surfaces, take out trash.
• Treat stains immediately with remover before laundering.
• We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. Let us know if anything is missing.
• For stays of 30+ nights, mid-stay professional cleanings are required every 30–45 days and will be billed separately.
• Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning fees.
LONG-TERM STAYS
• 30+ night reservations require a signed lease agreement before check-in.
• Guests must agree to all lease terms sent in advance.
• If the property is in an HOA, guests must also sign and follow the HOA handbook.
• Lease terms may include limits on guest turnover and early termination rules.
• Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
PET POLICY
• No animals are allowed unless pre-approved in writing. This includes short visits.
• For short stays: $35/night pet fee (capped at $200).
• For long stays (30+ nights): $200 flat pet fee per pet.
• Emotional support animals are treated as pets and require approval and fees.
• All pets must be house-trained, non-destructive, and quiet.
• Pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of.
• Unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fine, cancellation, and removal.
SAFETY, SECURITY, AND BEHAVIOR
• Exterior cameras are in use at all entry points.
• Do not tamper with cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety devices.
• Do not share keys or entry codes with anyone not listed on the reservation.
• Illegal activity (drug use, theft, vandalism, harassment, etc.) will result in immediate eviction and may be reported.
• Do not remove or damage anything in the home. Guests will be billed for missing or broken items.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not liable for loss or theft.
• We do not forward mail or packages after departure. Please update your shipping address if needed.
