Passer le coût élevé et l'espace limité d'un hôtel! déguster un verre de vin sous une cour arrière ombragée. .
La maison est sur une bordée d'arbres cul-de-sac tranquille à seulement quelques pieds d'un grand parc. Le parc dispose de deux zones des terrains de jeux, basket-ball, handball, football et de baseball. Vous pouvez facilement marcher dans les 400 pieds pour le parc la nuit et regarder l'incroyable Disneyland feu d'artifice!

La maison elle-même compte plus de 1 800 pieds carrés avec 3 chambres à thème Disney, 2 salles de bains et un grand salon / salle à manger pour votre famille! Il y a une belle piscine chauffée (OPTION) avec un trampoline et des chaises longues pour que tout le monde puisse profiter du soleil du sud de la Californie! (il y a un supplément de 40 $ pour chauffer la piscine, il faut en général 2 fois pour le chauffer pendant 4 jours)
La cuisine à thème vintage Mickey et Minnie est spacieuse et ouverte, vous vous sentirez ainsi connecté tout le monde joue dans la piscine ou passe du temps dans le salon. Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé familial confortable, d'un canapé-lit, d'une télévision câblée haut de gamme, d'un accès WIFI sans fil, d'un lecteur DVD, d'un téléviseur 55 pouces et d'un éclairage encastré moderne.

La chambre principale sur le thème Cendrillon a un lit queen, un T. 40 pouces V. Les deux autres chambres ont deux lits sur des lits superposés plein et ils sont tous Disney à thème! Tous les lits ont des couettes en duvet premium pour une nuit de luxe de sommeil!
Pour agrémenter votre séjour, nous vous proposons un pack et le jeu, chaise haute, poussette et plusieurs films de Disney que vous pouvez regarder!

La maison est très bien situé à une courte distance à pied de nombreux restaurants, des épiceries, dont Costco, un Disney pharmacie Downtown, cinémas, restaurants, Anaheim Anges Baseball, Honda Center (concerts, cirque et spectacles), l'Anaheim Convention Center et beaucoup plus d'attractions! Avec toutes ces fonctionnalités, nous sommes certains que vous aurez un séjour magique !! Nous facturons 15% de taxes de la Ville.
Le gardien habite dans un appartement au coin de la maison donc elle est là pour vous aider de quelque façon que vous auriez besoin 24/7. (L'appartement est complètement indépendant de la maison)
 Il y a une charge de 150 $ pour les frais de nettoyage, la maison sera impeccable quand vous et votre famille arrive. Soyez gentil avec l'environnement, éteignez le climatiseur ou le chauffage quand vous n'êtes pas dans la maison,

Great location, great host!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 sons for some golf and Disney time. The house was perfect for what we needed. It took us around 30 minutes to walk to and from the parks, we chose to uber a few times too and it was very inexpensive. The host, Carmen, and her husband were very sweet and accommodating! Definitely recommend!

Disney Vacation home for local and out of town

The house is nice and accommodating.I have a ranch but there was a few to many spiders about daddy long legs in the house that might creep other people out Had to open cabinets to find things felt like snooping . Take your own Kleenex and paper. Towels please treat this home with respect the care taker and manager is amazing. The pool was nice in the evenings after Disney . I didn’t have check out directions soLeft it as I would all other rentals. Clean trash emptied beds and bathrooms stripped. Have fun.

Great place to stay!

Close to Disney. Quiet neighborhood. Loved coming back from Disney to enjoy the pool. The stroller and swim vest was perfect for our 3 year old grandson. He loved all the Disney decor at the house.

Nice and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay! Its approx a 30 minute walk the the disneyland gates. The house was super clean and Carmen was great to deal with. If we had to pick out an area for improvement, we would have liked a better stocked kitchen ( but its a minor criticism). You cant go wrong with this rental!

Conveniently Located Close to Disney

If you're looking for a cozy home that is super close to Disneyland, look no further. This home is centrally located and while it's not really walking distance to Disneyland if you have little ones in tow, it is a short 5 minute drive to Downtown Disney. The owners are responsive and they truly care about their guests. The house is not huge, but since you'll be spending most of your day at the parks, this is a great option for your Disney vacation.

We loved it!

This was the perfect place for us. We had two families staying in the home - one with teens and one with little ones. Carmen was very accommodating and even brought a little gift for our granddaughter before we left the last day. The pool area is beautiful, the home looks exactly as it does in the photos, and the kitchen was perfect. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

So Quiet

Such an amazing vacation. The house had all the amenities. We absolutely loved it. Most of all the neighborhood was so quiet. Did not hear sirens, felt completely safe, close to Disney but yet felt like we were far away. The house was beautiful, plenty of room. The pool was perfect. Definitely would recommend this place to rent and hope to go back myself.

Best Trip Ever!

Carmen was fantastic! The house was exactly what we needed. Not quite close enough to walk to Disney but only a 5-10 minute Uber ride. The rooms were perfect, the pool was awesome (they even have a fence for the little ones,) and the kitchen was fully equipped. Carmen even left my son a birthday present! Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Family Stay

We stayed at this property in Anaheim for 8 days and 7 nights and we were so happy with it. The location was centrally located to all we had planned to do (Disney, beach, San Diego, LA). Only a short 8 mins drive to Disney and a park a block away where you can view the fireworks each night. The property was clean, updated, and stocked with everything we needed during our stay. There was even a welcome basket for us. The care takers were lovely and made sure we had a great stay. The pool was the best part! Such a beautiful backyard pool that was perfect for relaxing. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying again.

AMAZING!!

We recently spent 1 week at this home with our 2 children and it was perfect. Very close to Disney, grocery stores, and all other amenities. clean and well equipped. The pool area was awesome and it was nice to have a home to come back to after busy days at the parks. Carmen and Jose were extremely kind and super helpful. They went over and above our expectations to make our stay extra special. We would stay here again in a minute and would recommend this property to anyone!

Property owner, Carmen, stocked the home with everything a little family could possibly need. Being 2500 miles from home, it was comforting to know that she understood the challenges of traveling. Our family had a wonderful time staying there - the "Disney" themed rooms were the highlight of our children's stay! Amazing Vacation

Jose & Carmen were the very best hosts anybody could ask for. The house was comfortable and clean, just as represented here. We traveled with two teen-aged girls, and they both enjoyed the days we spent in this home (if you know anything about teenagers, you know we would know if they had any complaints). We did walk from Disneyland once....it's quite a trek. The cab ride is $10 each way, totally worth it. We hope to return to this home again on our next trip to the area.

Excellent stay!!! Property was perfect and Jose and Carmen were great hosts!

The property was located in a nice, quiet location within a short drive to Disneyland. Great for being able to come back in the afternoon when the kids got tired and needed a break from all the activity or wanted to take a swim. Carmen and Jose were great hosts - always available for anything we needed. They took great care of us during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and made a point to get us supplies and items needed before we arrived. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children) stayed there comfortably. Would definitely stay here again! Plus on the day we left, Carmen surprised us with treats and goodies for the kids!!!

Great Vacation Home!!!

This home is even more charming and welcoming in person than the posted pictures. From the moment you arrive your hosts are friendly and accomodating and truly make you feel at home. Even though we have older girls they ran around like kids enjoying all the Disney effects. It was great to be away from all the hustle and bustle in the evening and have a fully stocked kitchen to cook for yourself. The grill and pool in the backyard made for several quiet and relaxing opportunities. There is a great view of the fireworks from the park. We were in Anaheim for a dance convention and this home wound up being the perfect place for us to stay.

Deceptive on proximity to Disney

Advertised as 2 blocks from Disney when reality is miles away & rides needed vs anticipating walking. Nice house with all necessities. But owner was slow to respond with clear check in directions & never provided WiFi info despite numerous requests. Owner uses garage for other purposes so bit unsettling for grandma to hear them doing laundry & moving around when she was there alone after long Disney park days.

Perfect Accomodation!

This house was great.... we stayed for 2 weeks. We werent sure whether to base ourselves in LA or Anaheim. Im so glad we chose Anaheim! It was super close to Disneyland (we went 5 times). The drive to Universal studios and all to Hollywood/Beverley Hills wasnt too bad if you time it right. The house is as the picture show. The landlords were great and the kids absolutely loved the Pool! The pool heating wasnt needed as it was summer and the water was always quite warm. Highly reccomend this house.

Amazing!

I couldn't wait to express our pleasure staying in this house ,Jose and Carmen our hosts where so professional and down to earth always there for us, the house was very clean and comfortable and supplied everything we needed.We took advantage of Jose driving us around LA and Venice beach and enjoyed every minute of his company and sense of humor .I would recommend this house to any family looking to get away from the routine of a hotel,the pool at the end of the day was a bonus.The area is nice and quiet and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you again Jose and Carmen you made our trip very comfortable and memorable. I could go on and on but the bottom line is if your looking for a vacation rental this is it!

Great Location/Great Rental

The location was fantastic and the house was perfect for our crew. I called Carmen on our way to CA and requested getting into the house a day early. She said Absolutely!! The house was ready for us when we got there ... Carmen was so attentive and so wonderful. Jose has access to a car & limousine service, which we utilized. We had him drive us to Medieval Times and he returned later to pick us up. My kids LOVED the limo ride!! Thank you Carmen and Jose for making our vacation so wonderful!

This house is amazing, exactly the way it looks in the photos. The home owner was very responsive even though we only had 1 question she answered very quickly. She accommodated my family with an early check in. The caretakers of the property were. Very friendly. They checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. They kept the property immaculate, and the night before check out thanked us for staying with them and gave us chocolates for the kids. The pool was my kids favorite part, also mine. I could not have had a better stay. From my family to yours... THANK YOU

Very homey and inviting!! Carmen and Jose are great!!!

My family's week long stay in this comfortable and cozy home was outstanding!!! It was very clean and well appointed with little extras like shampoo, beach towels, coffee and so much more!!! The kitchen had everything we needed to do our cooking when we wanted to and the beautiful backyard pool really cooled us off on those hot days. Many, many thanks to Carmen and Jose for all of the care given to our family. They are absolutely lovely people who really care about the folks who visit. They helped us find things in the local area, printed our boarding passes for us on our return trip, and even had a small gift for our 6 year old grandson Logan for his flight home. We had a very comfortable and relaxing time on Flippen Way. Thank you so much Carmen and Jose for all you did for us!!!!!!

Disney Vacation Home a Paradise for your little ones from the start

This was a very nice home for my young grandchildren. There was the Cinderella room which was a favorite. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds. After a long drive getting to Anaheim it makes it especially ideal to be so close to Disneyland. At the end of a exhausting yet enjoyable day at the theme parks it makes it very nice to be so close to the lovely cozy home. I agree with the other tenants who also raved about this property. The neighborhood seem very nice an area which felt very secure. Carmen and her husband went over the top to make sure all our needs were met. We arrived during the Christmas break and wouldn't you know they even had a small decorated Christmas tree, now who does that for strangers? We look forward to coming back again sometime soon. wonderful Rental for Disney Trip and More!

This was a great experience from start to finish. We had never used Homeaway before and were so lucky to find Carmen and Jose's house in Anaheim. It was just darling. Very easy to get to and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. You could walk to Disney, but we have whiny children who would have complained and too many to really warrant using Uber, so we used the Disney Parking. Everything was as described and it was great having the kids have their own rooms! It was too cold to swim, but the pool area is wonderful and great for hanging out and bbq. The property is clean and in a great neighborhood. Very peaceful. I highly recommend this house for families or groups planning a Disney Trip. It's much more economical than the resort hotels and nice to not have all the people around. WE spend some of our time in Los Angeles visiting hotels and also the beach. It's convenient to just about everything!

Fantastic home from home

We found Carmen & Jose to be very helpful & friendly from the moment we enquired about the house, to the moment we left. The location is perfect, very accessible to Disney & many attractions. We booked the house as a base for 3 families (6 adults & 5 children) the pool was perfect for our chill out days. The house is very well presented & the kitchen is well equipped for cooking with crock pot lots of pots & pans etc. we loved the little touches with the disney toys. If we needed Anything it was quickly delivered. We would recommend this house to anyone. Carmen & Jose are amazing people so welcoming & kind. Carmen surprised the children with a gift at the end of our holiday,which was much appreciated. Thank you so much we couldn't have had better host's. If staying here I thoroughly recommend crystal cove beach. The helium balloon flight (at sunset) http://m.ocgp.org/visit/balloon/ Griffith observatory, Venice beach. Universal studios.

Outstanding place to stay for a Disney visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious well appointed home. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this home was sparkling clean. Our children loved the pool. This is a great place for a family or large group (3 bedrooms with 6 beds and a pull-out couch in the family room. Pool towels, patio furniture (including chaise lounge chairs), and a BBQ grill were provided. The kitchen had everything you'd need and full size washer and dryer! Neighborhood was very nice and quiet with street parking readily available. Our caretaker, Carmen was gracious and easily available. Carmen provided extra unexpected touches - bottled water, some toiletries, a selection of DVDs and a few toys for young children, even a highchair. We were able to use Uber to Disneyland with less than a 10 minute wait for 6 people. You can walk to Disneyland, which we did the first day to see Downtown Disney. For a longer day at Disneyland, Uber works great-Uber for 4 or less cost $5.50.

The house is newly remodeled and has a spacious yard with a pool and outdoor dining area. The interior of the house is comfortable and open so you feel connected but never crowded during your stay!
