Charming fully furnished 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home located in the gated and sought after community of Sawgrass Players Club, only minutes from Stadium Course. Screened lanai over looking the lagoon. Living room features high ceilings, access to screened lanai and lots of windows for natural light. Seating for 6 at the LR DR combo table. Large kitchen has hightop seating, electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and lots of windows for natural lighting. 1st floor master bedroom has ensuite full bathroom with access to screened lanai overlooking lagoon. 2 guest bedrooms and 1 full bath upstairs. Community pool private for Turtleback residents and guests only. This home is light bright and airy. Bring your groceries and clothes and golf clubs! 3 month minimum rental term.
