Located on a quiet street within walking distance of downtown Caseville, this family friendly home is the perfect luxury getaway for couples and families. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the spacious back deck and unwind after your Upper Thumb adventures with a glass of wine in the top of a cozy tower room, taking in the panoramic views.

This 6-bedroom, 5-bath estate can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. With multiple spaces to entertain both inside and outside, this is the perfect location for large families who want to enjoy a quiet vacation spot within walking distance to downtown Caseville.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom that will sleep 2 people.

A roll-away single in the master bedroom that will sleep 1 person.

Four queen beds that will accommodate 2 people each.

A trundle single bunk bed will accommodate a total of 3 people

One sofa sleep will accommodate 2 people

Additional Guest Fee

Wonderful stay in Caseville for 4 nights. Weather didn't cooperate so it limited beach time. House was clean and had many extras (bikes/kayaks/paddleboards). Views of the lake from the house were great. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful beach house on Lake Hiron

Beautiful well-equipped house with a gently sloping beach which is great for families with young children. Very nice new stove and oven. Walking distance to town with some nice restaurants and gift shops and a grocery store, and close to some beautiful state park beaches (Sleeper and Port Crescent). Short drive to Port Austin.

The house was great with plenty of spaces/rooms to hang out so no one was really in anyone else’s space unless they wanted to be. Nice deck but umbrella & grill needed repairs.The outside property could use a lawn maintenance service at least twice a year- weeds, thistle ( especially in the walkways!) overgrown plants & trees…

We had 8 adults and 2 kids (3 and 1). The property was clean, host was kind and responded to all questions promptly. The beach area was absolutely awesome. There is a decent walk from the house to the beach so may not be great for those with walking issues. Not a problem for us. Kitchen was supplied with plenty of pots, pans and dishes. They offered plenty of beach towels and there were plenty of blankets and pillows in each room. One of the only complaints was that the telescope was not offered and the family was excited about that but not a big issue. Everyone walked away completely happy and glad that we stayed here. Highly recommend!
