Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please remember check-out time is at 10:00 A.M. We'd appreciate you ensuring all windows and doors are locked and be sure to double check all areas for personal items.
For short term stays, please throw any dirty towels, etc. in the washer. The cleaning staff will tend to trash, laundry and dishes.
For stays longer than one week, be sure to bag all trash and put into one of the large trash containers on the lower level. Please make sure the trash container is set out for trash p/u on Thursday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please DO NOT flush tampons or wipes (flushable or non-flushable wipes) in the toilet. Toilet paper only.
No weapons/guns/illegal substances allowed.
No smoking, vaping, or drug use anywhere inside the house or on the property. **No burning candles.

Birding Sabine Pass Area

It is unfortunate the insects can be a nuisance as the area is so close to the water. We do what we can to alleviate it. Also, the house is cleaned thoroughly after each use and the larger bedding is dry cleaned once a month. With multiple guests, there is always a risk that stains will appear.

Not far from the beach, affordable.

Very great and affordable place to stay if you want to go to the beach but can’t afford a beach house. Place was spotless when we came in and the house was super nice. The elevation and aesthetic of the house makes you feel like you are at a real beach house. I would stay again.
