Please follow the instructions below to get to our house:
When you are driving on the Stevenson Ave westward, turn left onto Stultz Rd, drive around 500ft and then turn left onto Stevenson Sq S/Stevenson Square.
When you reach Stevenson Square, please look for house number 226. The parking space is just in front of the house. Please note that whenever your car leaves the parking space, put the big red cone on the space to reserve it.
Just so you know, the above instructions are general and may vary based on your starting point. It's always a good idea to double-check the directions using a reliable navigation tool to ensure accuracy and to account for any possible road closures or traffic conditions.
If you have a bigger group like 10-14, you can reach out to me privately. I have another property nearby, which can easily take care of a bigger group.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
We request no smoking inside the home to ensure a pleasant and healthy environment for all our guests. Any indication or evidence of smoking will result in monetary fees to cover the necessary cleaning and restoration costs.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We strictly prohibit parties or events in this house to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for all our guests. We'd like to ask you to comply with this policy. Any evidence or indication of parties or events will result in monetary fees being charged to cover any necessary damages or disturbances caused.
NO PETS
We prefer NO pets (dogs/cats or other animals) in the house.
A fine of $500 will be associated with any of these broken rules. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our smoke-free property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone.
NO SMOKING any time in the house.
Guests should close and lock all windows and doors when they leave the house.
Guests should not keep any food in the bedroom.
After checkout, guests must put back the house keys in the lockbox if the keys have been used.

Guests are only allowed a maximum of 2 visitors for the entire stay. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay the night.
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 10pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure.
TV usage is allowed for guests during the entire duration of their stay.
Guests cannot purchase, download, or rent any subscription or entertainment using house hosts’ accounts. If guests would like to stream TV services, please use TV streaming services on their accounts.
NO damages to the houses at any time during the stay time. Guests take full responsibility of the damages during the stay time.
