A dona da propriedade, Loiana, muito receptiva e agradável. A casa se localiza em um condomínio muito bacana, seguro e limpo. A casa é um espetáculo, principalmente a área de lazer, com uma piscina maravilhosa, área gourmet show de bola. Ficamos o tempo todo na área de lazer.....muito agradável......Vale a pena.

Extremamente agradável

A casa tem uma arquitetura diferenciada, com uma vibe bem praiana. Tudo muito organizado e impecável. A área da piscina, com a churrasqueira, com o verde em volta, perfeito para se desconectar de tudo. Além disso a casa conta uma infra-estrutura muito boa, de ótima qualidade, como tudo que você precisa e até mais. O condomínio é localizado numa área bem arborizada, então dá pra você caminhar, correr e andar de bike curtindo aquele "cheirinho" de natureza no meio da floresta, com lagos e tudo mais, e curtir a caminhada pra praia cruzando as pontes. A condomínio ainda dispõe de uma infra-estrutura muita boa, com quadras de tênis, acadêmia, etc. E Loiana é super atenciosa, disponível para ajudar a qualquer momento. Super recomendo !!!

Excelente !!

Passamos o carnaval em família na casa da Loiana e todos curtiram muito. Casa excelente e de muito bom gosto. Possui uma área externa com churrasqueira e uma piscina maravilhosa, os quartos são ótimos, o condomínio é bastante seguro e possui uma estrutura de apoio muito boa, inclusive com serviço de transporte de carrinho de golf da casa para a praia.
