We stayed with four families for four nights and had a great stay. Home is 25 minutes drive to Snowbasin and 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Ogden which has really cute restaurants. It was convenient and great for big groups. Will stay again when skiing Snowbasin.
We had 13 people in our party and everyone raved about what a great place it was. Plenty of room, lots to do, comfortable beds, and THE VIEW! It served us perfectly and would highly recommend it!
Beautiful property- All adult gathering to prep for a wedding. Plenty of space to relax and unwind, as well as get ready for a wedding. We took advantage of the theater, pool table and basketball court. Had we stayed longer, we would have tried out the hot tub. Very accommodating.
This was perfect for our family get together! There was something for all of us to enjoy, from the princess room to the hot tub. There was great space for all of us to enjoy. We enjoyed the hike trail nearby and the beautiful fall scenery. Thank you for a wonderful place to be with our loved ones!
This was an ideal place for our family reunion (12 adults, 14 children under 7 yrs). We were all comfortable and enjoyed the amenities - playroom, princess room, pool table, basketball court, deck, open concept for gatherings, and home theater. Our host, Brendon, responded promptly whenever I had a question or need. We would gladly stay there again.
We had such a good time!
This house was in a quiet neighborhood and was big enough to accommodate our family of 12.
My granddaughter enjoyed the Princess room, and the playroom.
My grandson enjoyed the playroom which had blocks and an arcade machine that he absolutely loved.
The kids enjoyed the basketball court. I enjoyed the backdrop for the absolutely fun family photos. The colors were gorgeous.
The view from the deck was spectacular. The sunsets were fun to watch.
The Jets flying over from Hill Air Force Base were kind of loud, but it was fun to watch them. The fire pit and the Jacuzzi were a hit with the older kids, though the jacuzzi did need a shock treatment as it was cloudy.
The kitchen was nice because it was more than a two butt kitchen. We could all work on a meal and not be too much in each other’s way.
It was near a hiking trail that we enjoyed. Green acres farm was a hit, as were the haunted houses.
We enjoyed shopping at rainbow gardens, and the Minky blanket store.
There was something for everyone to do.
Being able to relax in the theater room was divine!
Thank you from our family which has spread from Utah to Arizona, and Nevada.
We loved our time together!
Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wouldn't let us retrieve our forgotten necklace
Within a couple of hours of leaving we tried to contact the host asking to return to the house to retrieve a sentimental necklace that was left behind. Four days later and the host is now not returning our messages and we can not get the necklace back.
Also, we have some concerns about the house. The most dangerous being, they have a tall chair in the basement missing the stabilizing rung. Our 90 year old mother went to sit on the chair. Fortunately, her daughter figured out the danger before she sat and fell. Also, all of the rugs are old and pose tripping hazards with their bunching and rolling. The kitchen stools are also tripping hazards as they tip over at the slightest touch.
Other problems with the home that takes away from calling this a luxury rental include:
-Sink in main floor bath has a sign that says it does not work.
-Fireplace doesn't work.
-Floor tiles in bathroom are loose.
-Lightbulbs are out in basement bathroom.
-Most toilet paper holders are loose--master one is broken, toilet paper on floor.
-Trim piece missing on vanity in basement bathroom.
-Movie theater bulb is too dim--can't watch movies.
-Only two of the pool cues have tips--limits play.
-The "second kitchen" is definitely NOT a kitchen, but a row of cabinets with a countertop, tiny sink, and wine fridge. We were very disappointed to not have a second refrigerator.
-Broken cabinet door in basement "kitchen".
-Yard a mess.
Beds were comfortable. House was a nice layout. Garage was massive.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration about the missing necklace. As soon as you notified us, our cleaners went out of their way to check the property, but unfortunately, it wasn’t found.
Regarding the concerns mentioned: the house is thoroughly cleaned and maintained, with rugs deep-cleaned regularly, and all fireplaces and projectors are in working order. Some minor maintenance items you noted have already been addressed.
We’re glad you enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious layout. We strive to provide a great experience and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can resolve any issues promptly.
From the beginning it felt like we were teenagers receiving instructions from our parents. The home was beautiful and had plenty of room. A couple of rooms were so cold compared to the rest of the house. We generally sleep colder but this was so cold I wore a sweatshirt to bed. The foosball table was broken and the pockets of the pool table had a hole so the ball would just fall on the ground. The coffee pot was missing the lid and so the maker wouldn't work. There were several pans that were dirty. There was ice that accumulated in the driveway and was slick. We had a nice time but wished the entertainment hadnt been broken.

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall and had a nice stay. I’m sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your visit. We want our guests to be comfortable and for everything to be in good working order.
To clarify a few items for future guests: the thermostats are unlocked and available both upstairs and downstairs so temperatures can be adjusted as needed. There is also salt available in the garage for icy conditions, and we encourage guests to use it whenever necessary. Since your stay, we’ve replaced the coffee pot to ensure it’s fully functional, and we’re addressing the issues you mentioned with the game tables and cookware.
We truly value your feedback, as it helps us improve the experience for everyone. Thank you again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
