Cozy property 200m from Praia do Forte, with garage and 24-hour doorman. Located on a tree-lined avenue and close to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies.

The apartment is bright and well ventilated, with a useful area of ​​48m2, living room/dining room, bedroom, kitchen, laundry area, guest bathroom and balcony. It is furnished with a bed and wardrobes in the bedroom, a bunk bed and rack in the living room, a table and 4 chairs in the living room/dining room, and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as another table fan, new appliances, which make everyday life easier. There are NO bars or protective screens on the windows.

In addition to a stove and refrigerator, a microwave oven, blender, sandwich maker, toaster, electric coffee maker and fruit juicer are available. There are 2 32" TV sets, one with Sky, in the living room, with USB input, and another in the bedroom, with open digital TV channels.

In the kitchen there are also stainless steel pans and pans with Teflon coating, oven trays, plates, cutlery, glasses and several other new utensils.

We provide several pillows with washable covers. We DO NOT provide bed and bath linen. There is a laminated tablecloth for the dining table.

Pontos positivos: Localização ótima. Apartamento espaçoso e bem equipado. Garagem sem cobrança adicional.Pontos negativos. Água das torneiras com cheiro, cor e gosto fortes (poço artesiano e/ou encanamentos de ferro por ser prédio antigo), o que exigiu usar água mineral até para cozinhar. Equipe da portaria do prédio nada amistosa, sempre de cara fechada, não falando sequer Bom Dia, o que não é comum nos edifícios de Cabo Frio (já nos hospedamos em vários outros).Ponto inaceitável: alugamos um imóvel com internet Wi Fi. Ficamos 9 noites e só tivemos internet nas primeiras 3. Depois (5 dias e 6 noites) não havia mais sinal de internet e anfitriã (que mora em outra cidade) não resolveu, e o preposto dela, que trabalha no prédio, sequer nos procurou para tentar descobrir o que estava acontecendo. Com isso, não pudemos usar nossos computadores pessoais (inclusive para compromissos de trabalho) e também ficamos sem streaming, já que o pacote sky disponibilizado só oferece 2 canais fora infantis e noticiários (Multishow e Universal). INACEITÁVEL e apagou todos os pontos positivos que haviam nos encantado quando chegamos.

O AP é muito bom.. aconchegante.. perto da praia e de comércio.. a proprietária muito atenciosa.. estava tudo de acordo com as fotos e as informações. Um pequeno ponto de melhoria é o WI-FI.. pois a Internet é do condomínio fica no corredor.. dentro do AP o sinal não conseguimos conectar a Internet.. mesmo tendo TV com disponibilidade de Netflix, nao conseguimos utilizar nada devido a falta da Internet. conectar a Internet.. é somente um conectar
