Vou começar avaliando o atendimento: O proprietário Rafael é uma pessoa muito educada, que me esclareceu todas as dúvidas, respondia sempre os meus e-mails de forma rápida e solícita. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Cabem 8 pessoas confortavelmente, é novo, bem cuidado e tem excelente localização. Fica no quarteirão da praia do forte, próximo da feirinha e do Hotel Malibu. Melhor ponto da praia. As duchas são maravilhosas, os colchões são confortáveis e a cozinha tem todos os utensílios para uma boa estadia. O wi-fi funcionou muito bem. O prédio tem elevador e portaria 24 h. Tem ainda 1 vaga de garagem. Todos que estavam comigo elogiaram muito o apartamento. Gostaria de agradecer mais uma vez ao proprietário e dizer que com certeza voltarei a me hospedar neste apartamento. Um grande abraço diretamente de Minas.
