- With 3 bedrooms, 2 suites, all with air conditioning and ceiling fan, a social bathroom, living room and kitchen, gourmet balcony and laundry. 110V voltage.
- Garage for 4 cars, pool with biribol net, barbecue.
- Television 29 'in the living room and 40' in the master suite, all with Sky.
- Total security: high wall and electric fence with alarm.
- Rent with signed contract and security check of $ 3,000.00 upon delivery of keys.
- We ask 50% in the reservation and the rest up to 3 days before entering the house.
- In case of cancellation of the lease by the lessee, the lessee will lose the amount referring to the reservation. In case of cancellation by Lessor, the amount of the reservation will be fully refunded.
- Observations: rent for family only, not being allowed animals and we do not rent for parties.
