Etheria Villa is a brand new 4-bedroom villa with a lovely private pool and sea views! Four bedrooms and three bathrooms are provided in total. Etheria Villa is located about 3 km from the shingle beach of the town of Maleme, where can be found many nice taverns and a supermarket as well.

A sea view open plan area with a living room corner with a smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining table are provided. One bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom with a shower are offered on the ground floor.

One bedroom with a king size bed and and an en-suite shower bathroom, one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and one more bathroom with a shower are provided on the upper floor. Wonderful sea views can be captured from the top floor balcony.

A sea view private pool with four sun loungers and two sun umbrellas, and a dining table are offered in the courtyard of the villa. Air-condition in every bedroom and wireless internet are provided.

Air-condition, wireless internet, bed linen, bathroom towels and full cleaning every 3/4 days are included in the price.
