Denise and her group were great guests. We would rent with them again.

Having a clean rental is very important to us and that is why don't allow pets. We work closely with our cleaners to address any short comings. We do have two beautiful, yellow couches that unfortunately do not hold up well by the end of the season. We had ordered new couch covers before the beginning of the season but they could not deliver in time for the season. We will have new ones for next season. We love the yellow but we are going to be moving to a more neutral color.

Actually the picture of our house on our site does have the highway in the picture, to the left of the house. And because of the angle of the picture you can even see how close it is to the house. Also, the map on the site shows where the property is in relation to the highway. We are sorry that you missed these items as it certainly was not our intention to deceive you. We want all of renters to have a great stay so it does not do us any good to misrepresent our property just to have them turn around and have a bad stay. We have been renting this place for 10 years and we have over 83 reviews on the two major rental sites with an overall 4.5+ rating. And not one of those 83 reviews have said that we were deceitful. We do feel bad that you did not have the stay that you expected so we will try to make it even more clear on our site for the future.

We are sorry to hear that our place did not live up to your expectations. It is our goal to exceed expectations for all of our guests. We try our best to keep things clean and maintained but sometimes at the end of our rental season we will occasionally have a loose refrigerator handle or a loose kitchen facet(both have been fixed). We had the entire interior and exterior(all 6 decks) of our rental painted and the pictures were just taken at the beginning of this rental season, about four months ago in May so what you see is what you will get. We do apology for not getting right back to you as we were out of the country and we were having some communication problems. As to the noise, some people are effected by it more then others. We had people who stayed acouple of weeks before you and a group that stayed the next week after you and both people gave us 5 star reviews and did not mention anything about the noise. Again we are sorry that you had a disappointing stay as our goal is to always try to exceed expectations.

We rent three almost identical properties in that area and we take our management responsibilities very seriously as we have received over 50, 5 star reviews for these properties. It is very disturbing to us that you had some problems with your stay as it is our goal to try to make sure that everyone has a very positive and memorable stay with us. That is one of the reasons we got the cleaning crew immediately back out to make sure they addressed your concerns. Unfortunately we did not hear of some of your concerns until the end of the week but you can be assured that we addressed everyone of them before the next renters came in. We are always trying to better our services to our renters so we appreciate your feedback to allow us to improve in the future.
