Everything was perfect!! We really enjoyed the view and all the accommodations were wonderful! Jane was a fantastic host and was very mindful of her guests! I would highly recommend!
We enjoyed everything about the stay. The house was very clean when we got there and all the supplies we needed were there as well the back yard was great from the deck to the hot tub to the city view. We will definitely be staying there again!!
We truly enjoyed our stay it's so peaceful and cozy love the view and it's perfectly located close to downtown and lots of activities the hot tub was a plus as well I loved how the place was equipped with everything you need and also it was clean the first thing I always check is the bedding pulled the blankets back and sheets everything was clean bed was really comfortable will definitely book again!
Super sweet couple that hosts this property. The suite was ideal and perfect. Super clean and set up perfectly. All the amenities were as described in the listing. Kitchen had items to cook with. The hot tub was very relaxing. And the fire pit and sitting area with the view overlooking the river was the best part. Oh and the shower was super spacious and perfect. 10/10 Recommend !!!
Nice place across the River in Nashville we enjoyed it because it was not downtown but yet close enough to uber into downtown Nashville if needed. Great place to stay with a excellent host and hot tub
We had a great time celebrating our first anniversary! The river house was very cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed! Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!
Lovely spot to stay at! Gorgeous view, I stayed in the winter and had a beautiful view of the moon/sun rising over the Nashville skyline. The amenities were great and there is good attention to small details. Bed is cozy, the frame is a tad squeaky so if you're a light sleeper and toss in your sleep, it may wake you up. Very nice distance from the city and the host had good recommendations for things to do!
The property and space were amazing!! Very clean and cute. Easy to get in and out of. The view overlooking the river was great along with the fire pit!! Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again!!
Very Nice Space/ Clean and not to Far out, Private parking/ private Entrance/ nice Outdoor area/ Nice Shower) no issues with our stay other then Rain the whole weekend/ About 7 miles to downtown/ would Stay Again/And Recommend to Others /
The property was located on the Cumberland River, away from the busy city, but close to where we needed to go. The huge lawn and deck were very relaxing and the jacuzzi was great. The little kitchen and bathroom had the essentials for one or two people. The king size bed was very comfortable.
I loved the private entrance and the outdoor space. The room was clean and everything a couple looking to stay would need. Super simple drive in and out of town if you want to be close but not in the middle of downtown. Saw Kill Tony during my stay and could get to Bridgestone arena in about 11 minutes.
Everything was awesome and the host was very communicative. We had no issues during our stay and our host made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the property and the amenities, especially sitting by the fire pit in the evening overlooking the river and downtown. Location is minutes to downtown so if you want peace and quiet at night and fun during the day then this is a great spot!

It was a pleasure hosting Natalie at our place. She is welcome back anytime.
This had everything we wanted in a place to stay- plus more!!! They had it equipped with all needs plus a wonderful setting to look over river or just hang out on the porch! Wish the weather was a bit cooler at night so we could of used the hot tub!
The location was excellent- close to family and downtown if you wanted to join in that fun.
When we arrived, we met the owner, a very nice lady, who gave us recommendations on places to eat. The views of the river and the Nashville skyline were perfect. The house was bright and clean. The hot tub was lovely, looking out at the city. Overall, we highly recommend this place.
We enjoyed our stay here, this was our first trip by ourselves (without rugrats) in a few years. The property overlooking the river was beautiful. The only thing that was a little odd to me was the space being attached to the owners of the property, however, we never heard anything and had zero issues. I’ve never stayed at a place like that, so it was different. It did not impact our stay in any way though, our host was sweet, she greeted us when we came in! We would stay here again
This was a perfect place to stay! The property is close to all the action without being in downtown. It was exactly what we needed. The view is amazing! The hot tub is perfect for 2. Everything was extremely clean. I’ve never stayed at a place where the host is on-site, but don’t let that stop you from booking. The way this is set up is very private. The host is very nice and quick to respond if needed.
Quiet, clean, nice natural light, cool view of skyline at night. Kind of strange layout with the kitchen by the shower. The drive was through an up and coming area to get to the neighborhood, but felt safe once there. Easy close drive to downtown.
The coziest stay with amazing backyard views! We enjoyed coffee on the back patio in the mornings after a great nights rest 💗 This is one of the best places we have stayed at, and we travel often. Definitely a favorite. Our host was the best, and does a perfect job at communicating and offering a memorable experience. We will be back for some more hot tub time!

Why they chose this property
Location, location, location!
We our in the thick of what's happening in Nashville. Minutes away from all the action yet quiet enough to get from it all.
What makes this property unique
Value is based on scarcity. Just as a rare coin is valuable, 1718 River Drive has a rare / unique view nowhere else in Nashville. In a city where real estate is consumed like a monopoly board game, across the river from my home is an 18 hole golf course never to be developed. I also to mention we sitting right on the Cumberland River Banks with the most spectacular view of Nashville. Our backyard is a sanctuary.
