Our stay at this property was unfortunately disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness. When we arrived, the home had not been properly cleaned: the floors were sticky, carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bathrooms were in poor condition with visible dirt and even fecal splatter on a toilet seat. The kitchen was also not maintained—countertops had food and grease, the microwave was dirty, and the oven had grease pooled on it. Bedrooms contained piles of dirty bedding, and clean hangers and linens were scarce.We had to spend two hours cleaning just to make the kitchen and bathrooms usable. Overall, the house did not meet basic cleanliness expectations and needs significant attention to upkeep.I sent the owner a message the night we arrived and I didn’t hear back from her until later in the afternoon the day we left (We stayed 5 nights) so the communication was very poor.

Such a great spot!

Exactly as it shows, this was perfect for our weekend family gathering. Host was very responsive, location was convenient to downtown. A much better alternative to hotel, the six of us enjoyed playing games, watching March Madness and soaking in the sun on back patio. Will definately be back here!
