We want to reassure you that they pose no danger, and the situation is temporary. All necessary measures are taken to ensure their removal indoors, but we cannot control nature any further.

A security deposit will be placed on hold on your credit card 24 hours before your arrival. This amount is $750. It is automatically released after your departure, following the inspection of the premises, provided everything is in order, in accordance with the rental agreement.
