Waterfront Beach House Oneida Lake - Walkable to Park & Resort Area

Relax in a beautiful home & enjoy gorgeous sunsets every night. This waterfront beach home has 50' of lake frontage and a screened in front porch. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, within walking distance to Verona Beach Park, Sylvan Beach resort area, the Lake House Casino & fishing on the canal, or take a short drive to Turning Stone Casino. Watch boats go by, swim, bring your personal kayak or have a bonfire under the stars. The home offers corn hole & a gas BBQ. Perfect for families with kids! Water is shallow and the bottom is sandy.

Single family two story waterfront home with direct, private access to the water (stairs). The first floor has a large entryway, family room, galley kitchen and bathroom. Attached is also a porch that overlooks the water that has a fan and windows with screens. Being on the eastern side of Oneida Lake, we get all of the afternoon sun and gorgeous sunsets. All 4 bedrooms are on the second floor, along with an en-suite master bath & another bathroom off the hall. (Master also has a cot with fresh linens in the closet.) The back of the house by the street has space to play catch or frisbee.

Some awesome amenities include a waterfront bonfire pit w/ chairs, picnic table, propane gas grill, wifi, oven, microwave and cooktop, SMART TV in family room and master, dishwasher, clothes washer & dryer, ice maker, Keurig & drip pot, blender, mixer, toaster, new pots/pans/dishes/silverware/cups, screened-in porch with ceiling fan facing the water, A/C, corn hole, etc. Kitchen outlet has 2 USB ports for your convenience & bluetooth-enabled under the counter radio. TV includes hundreds of channels and you can also log into your own Netflix/Prime/Hulu account to view more. Water is safe to drink from the tap. The home includes fresh white sheets, bath and beach towels. New king size memory foam mattress for the master, and the other bedroom's queens have a new memory foam each as well for our guests comfort.

We spray the exterior of the home every 2 months for bugs & mosquitoes to reduce exposure, as lakefront properties are more prone to them. We deep clean between guests additionally, to maintain a spotless house as best we can!

You can anchor your (smaller) boat or jet skis out front. Renters may bring kayaks or canoes for easy access to the water. (We recommend also bringing life jackets.) Within close proximity is a boat launch, casino, fishing pier, restaurants, bars, an amusement park, bicycle & boat rental, etc. From the yard you can see boats coming in and out of the canal. Our place is very bicycle-friendly, with lots of places to go!

Please keep in mind that the Sylvan Beach resort area is seasonal so some shops/restaurants may not be open during off season. During the fall there are many places to pick apples/pumpkins and during the winter, Oneida Lake and surrounding area is a hot spot for ice fishing and snowmobiling. We ask that you park to the right of the driveway, as we share it with the neighbors. Please do not park in the grass.

The lake has a sandy bottom that gradually gets deeper (no drop off near the house) so great for families wanting to swim, float around on the water all day, canoe & kayak.

No pets, parties, smoking or 3rd party bookings. No unregistered guests without permission in advance, and please do not blow off any fireworks on the property. Two exterior cameras have been installed for security purposes. Walking distance to Verona Beach State Park (waterside walking patch & kids’ splash pad) and Sylvan Beach resort area. There is nothing like the amazing sunsets on Oneida Lake!
