We are also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, a casino and an amusement park right down the street. Our cottage features an outdoor space with a fire pit, picnic table, grill, as well as parking for up to two vehicles. Have a boat or a personal watercraft? Utilize one of the many boat launches in and around Sylvan Beach! Need a boat? Local rental options are available nearby. Cozy cottage is perfect for singles, couples, or small families looking for a lake vacation spot 15 minutes from the Turning Stone Casino and 30 minutes from Syracuse.

If you are looking for convince, caring host, private and so much more than this is the cottage for you. From the little touches to the peaceful exterior, the firepit and all the exterior seating they offer. We had such a great stay i could go on and on. We loved how close it was to the activites in Sylvan without the noise of some of the places we have stayed at. The privacy we had staying was wonderful. I would recommend this cottage to everyone coming to Sylvan beach.

This little cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. It was close to everything. It was comfortable and quiet. I enjoyed walking to the state park and to the lighthouse nearby. The weather was perfect too!

Highly recommend!

A great experience for my 2-night stay with family/friends! Communication beforehand was excellent and the host quickly answered all of my questions, and the property included everything listed/shown and more! Supplies for s'mores were left out for us, coffee/tea bar stocked, and the fridge even had some milk and cream. Plus the parking pass for the Village of Sylvan Beach was fantastic! Wifi, Roku streaming, and air conditioning worked very well and check in and check out were easy. The only slightly less nice side was that some of the dishes were a little dirty. You can easily walk over the bridge into the village of Sylvan Beach, and Verona Beach State Park is a few minute drive! Overall an extremely enjoyable experience!
