Listed as private home , once you get there and read the house rules it states shared refrigerator with owner. Owner comes in while you are gone and turns off all lights and the Ac, even goes into your locked room to turn off ac.

The air conditioner cannot be allowed to run night and day there is a danger of overload if there is a safety issue. I must do something to keep my guess and my property safe I meant was that at that time they were doing damage control. I think they were well aware of the problem with it.
