This fantastic 1962 sq ft 4 bedroom (sleeps 8), 3.5 bath custom built home is in the heart of Ocean Drive, just 1 block from the beach and Main St. Yes, just 1 block from all the Shag Clubs (Fat Harold's, Duck's, Spanish Galleon, OD Pavilion). Master on main (king) with 3 bedrooms (1 king/2 queen) and a loft upstairs that overlooks the 19’ den ceiling and open floor plan. 408 sq ft of double porches, parking for 5 vehicles. 7-night booking gets a 10% discount year-round. 28-night or more booking gets a 60% discount (September through May). Great set up for Golfers too!

NO PETS.
NO SMOKING.
NO MOTORCYCLES.
Must be 25 to rent (valid ID's required with rental contract). Rental Agreement will be emailed once booked. Security Cameras (5) are present underneath the house monitoring the entire parking area and staircase entrances.

Awesome family vacation stay at this comfortable/beautiful house. Decorated so cute. Close to beach and stores (Walmart Supercenter/ Aldi’s). Short walk to downtown North Myrtle Beach for Thu night free concert. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is great. The house has all that I needed. Very short walk to the beach and some great food. My friends and I had a great stay. Communicating with Garrett could not have been better. I look forward to staying in this house again.

We loved our stay! This is a beautiful home and very clean and in a very clean neighborhood. It was very accommodating for our family of seven (4 adults, 3 kids). Communication with the host was always an easy and quick process. I do recommend you to bring extra towels if you are a large family. The house has pretty much everything else you would need. It is about a block to the beach and quick drive to just about everything. I would suggest taking the 10-15 min drive up to the Cherry Grove Point beach. It is a nice beach. The sand is more packed down. Also,this being our first time to the beach we found out that it is umbrellas only. No tents or domes for shade. The do rent umbrellas and beach chairs on the beach for the day should you decide to go that route. We were very happy with our stay and definitely would stay there again.

The property was spacious and bright. The two decks were lovely. It was walkable to the beach and town. Be aware that entry to the property includes many stairs and an elevator is not available. One must also navigate stairs to the second floor. The deck is also accessible from outside stairs. When locking up, be extra cautious because the lock is loose and doesn’t stay locked. We enjoyed our time at this light, airy convenient property.

This house is perfect for a family or group getaway. Our host was very helpful and communicative. The house was clean and spacious with everything you’d need for your stay, plus a super convenient location near the beach and Main Street.

This is not for out of town guests, only rent this if you live within driving distance. Great location, very clean. Good communication, was able to pick up an extra day for half price. Very sparse in terms of consumables, one roll of toilet paper per bath room, one roll of paper towels. No food stock of any kind or coffee or filters One wine glass and four goblets. No ice maker only trays. Tons of pans 15 but no grill. We had only 2 pillows per room and 2 towels per room. Beach chairs would be nice, anything related to going to the beach would be nice. If you’re out of state and you’re ok going to the store to stock up on everything then this is the place for you. I will pass on this place next time.

We loved the less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Location is great for restaurants and different activities. The house was very spacious and everyone had room to relax on their own. This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach snd we plan to return. Photo below was taken from the porch after a stormed had passed.
