This high end property features master on main, en suite bathroom, private pool, 2 minute walk to the beach, view of marsh and palms trees galore. Main level has completely open floor plan perfect for families or large groups. Sliding doors on the main level open to covered patio & private pool area. All four bedrooms are spacious and have private full baths. Large double garage is a nice upgraded feature of this home. DON'T FORGET the beautiful grounds of North Beach Resort! 2 1/2 acres of pools, lazy river(heated in winter months!), hot tubs, kiddie pool/slide, playground & swim-up bar ~ towels included! Golf cart service runs back/forth between properties for owners & guests. Outstanding gym, sauna, spa & several restaurants and coffee shop on property. Easy walk across the street to Barefoot Landing offering many restaurants, brewery, incredible fenced kid park, House of Blues, shopping and more. Hamburger Joes & Nacho Hippo just a short 5 minute walk. Golf? 4 outstanding courses across the street in Barefoot.

We upgraded for the pool to be heated but due to weather temps only went in once. Kitchen had everything we needed. The location from the house to the resort was on point. Staff at resort was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here. The house was comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was enjoyable, nice and warm. We paid an extra to have the pool heated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend it to others!

Great house/location

The house was perfect for an extended family stay, well equipped, and comfortable. The location and proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops can’t be beat, and the resort amenities and pools were a huge bonus. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would love to come back some day and highly recommend this property!

What a seamless experience we had from scheduling to checking out. The home is absolutely gorgeous and had amazing space for our family. The kitchen was nice and open to the family room. The front porch was a relaxing spot and the pool was quite the hit, especially for our 1 year old granddaughter. Access to the resort amenities was a bonus! Mark was a great host and extremely responsive. I highly recommend!

Great stay for a family

This is a lovely vacation home. We enjoyed the cozy private heated pool during our visit. The resort is very close, maybe a 5 minute walk at most. There are plenty of restaurants in the area - every chain you can think of, and a number of independent ones. We would stay again! Host was helpful and very communicative.
