The accomodations and location were beautiful. The only problem is that nowhere in the listing or reservation confirmation was an address listed. That resulted in us driving around until we happened upon the Best Western. We took a chance that they might know where this would be and low and behold, the reservation was actually there at Ruby's inn. After that things were great

Unhappy with vrbo

Very disappointed with our reservation.upon arrival we were told we had to pay an additional large sum of money or else we had to leave. (8:00 pm and after driving 400 miles that day) Vrbo would not allow me even to mention this amount in the review. (Big surprise) The understanding that we had was that we had paid (well in advance), full payment. VRBO messed up bigtime. This was our first experience with VRBO. Called to establish a case# but still no followup from VRBO. Followup: vrbo still has not resolved the issue of unwarranted charges, even after three phone calls to customer support. I have even sent credit card statements showing the charges.
