Illuminated and fresh apartment, you will have everything you can ask for a long stay, it is so spacious that each guest can have their privacy wherever they are in the house. The condo has a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, playground and parking spot.
This 380mts apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms located on the second floor of the duplex, each with its own bathroom and dressing room.
The apartment has two balconies that allow the apartment to have a 360º view of the city, both are furnished with large outdoor dinning areas to share and one of them has a BBQ. Additionally it has a TV room, comfortable study and dining table.

Right in front of one of the balconies you will see El Tesoro Mall (the condo has a door to go out directly to the street closest to the mall) it is only a 5 minute walk.
From the other balcony you can see Amsterdam Plaza Mall which is about a 7 minute walk and the condo is also right next to Mall del Este.
