Beautiful attic-apartment
The apartment is located on the top floor and extends over two floors. It is very bright and modern. The spacious entrance area leads to the bathroom, as well as directly to the approx. 60m² living and dining area. The center of the room is a fireplace. From here you can access the approximately 25m² large balcony, as well as the kitchen. A staircase leads to the equally open-plan bedroom, as well as a walk-in closet and another bedroom.

I have been living and working in Mauritius for five years now. As a tour guide, I accompany adventurous customers on dolphin and many other boat tours. However, I feel very connected to Munich and am still regularly in my home country. I have therefore kept my apartment and would like to rent it to get to know each of the Munich or Would like to learn to love.
Why they chose this property
The apartment is located in the north-west of Munich. The location impresses with its excellent infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity is the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stop "Moosach". Within 20 minutes you can reach the airport (S1), as well as Schwabing, the city centre and the Theresienwiese (U3) without having to change trains. The tram and various bus lines can also be reached quickly. In addition, many nearby shops, service facilities, doctors and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
Auch von der Autobahn A9, A8 und A96 ist die Wohnung in wenigen Fahrminuten erreichbar. Popular destinations in the area are the city centre of Munich (20 min), the airport (20 min), the Olympia Stadium (5 min), the Allianz Arena (20 min) and the trade fair (40 min) and the Octoberfest (30 min).
