Looking for a beautiful, newly built vacation rental? You have found it and so close to all Lake Havasu offers! You will find the open layout is perfect to entertain with family and friends and to relax after a long day of basking in the Havasu sun. A brand new beautiful in-ground pool with optional heater was just installed!($100 per day charge for heated pool, 3 day minimum). There is foosball fun and a poker table for a family game night. Enjoy morning coffee and the sun setting in the evening behind the mountain view on the patio. Cook out on the outdoor grill or relax outside during the day while taking in the lake view from the back yard. Turn in after a fun-packed day in the resort-feel master bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom offers black out shades as well. This modern home offers style and comfort together. The city has so much to offer including great restaurants, breweries, nightlife, water craft rentals, beaches, parks and shopping! It is a city you will fall in love with like no other! It is truly a wonderful vacation for you and your guests alike!

We had one of the best stays! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We traveled with family who have never been to Havasu, and staying in this wonderful home really made the trip that much better! The house is exactly, if not better than the pictures!! The house was very clean, very modern, with lovely decor. The pool was lovely, and the backyard was so inviting and relaxing! Everything was great about the house, it was the perfect place to celebrate our 33rd Wedding Anniversary!

The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything we wanted to do. Jason and Theresa were great hosts, they responded quickly to any questions we had and were very accommodating when we had to modify a few details of our trip.

The house was perfect for us. Great location. Very clean. Beautiful decor. Comfy beds. Kitchen was well stocked with all things needed to prepare meals. Pool and patio were great. Lots of sun but adequate shade. Host responded quickly to the couple of questions I had. Will definitely try to rent again next year.

We loved the house! Had everything we needed for a comfortable 4 night stay. The house was VERY clean. Location was great! On a very quiet cul-de-sac and had plenty of room for our cars and our boat. Great location, backyard was perfect with beautiful views, close to restaurants and boat ramps. We will most certainly be back!

I’m going to start this review with what is not told in the description before you book the home. They have a camera over the pool area in the backyard that they monitor the yard when we found out we asked them and they said we won’t monitor, I was not comfortable with this it made a big difference in how I felt being outside and frankly ruined our time there. Very very uncomfortable. The home itself is great lots of amenities in the kitchen nothing lacking pantry very nicely appointed everything you need in a kitchen. Comfortable primary suite. Could have a better vacuum of the main area but overall very comfortable. Stayed 4 days. Great location in town.

Anthony, We are glad that you liked the home! We do appreciate those compliments. We are sorry that you did not read the house rules under “Rules and Policies” before booking, which state that we have cameras around the exterior of the home. We truly thought you understood why we have those cameras when you asked about it and then responded with “I too would monitor my home cause know Havasu kids are not the best guest LOL”. This is a common practice for most rental properties and all hotels that you stay at. Our goal is to keep our property safe and in the best condition for all guests.

Poker Run 2025

House was great, very clean and tranquil. Only negative was that it was on a cul de sac and we could not park our boat without unhitching it from truck. Owner was great and responded quickly to any questions. Neighbors were also great!

Thank you for the compliment on our property and we wish that would’ve reflected on your review. It is unfortunate that you did not read the entire property listing and then you could have seen the garage is not an available guest amenity. This is a private vacation property and the garage is used for owner storage, which is a common practice for short term rentals. Best of luck to you in your future vacation rentals!

Lake Havasu is such an amazing town! We love the lake life offered here. People are so friendly and the vibe is so laid back. We always feel welcomed anywhere we go! Bars and nightlife is great and local restaurants offer amazing food. We love to vacation here!

The home and pool are all just a couple years old. Our property is on a nice cul-de-sac street. It is clean and modern with a relaxing, at-home feel. The pool is beautiful and the sunsets from the patio are amazing. We have lots of games in the home. It’s a great place to enjoy with family and friends!
