The Village Paganayoh is in the best condo Guarajuba, Costa Smeralda. Its excellent location allows you to have access to beaches, beautiful squares, bike paths and walking trails by the sea, without the need to move by car.

The village has a swimming pool, large green area on the edge of a beautiful lake, where you can enjoy the sunset. Are 03 quarters, all with air-conditioning, and 02 suites, bathroom, kitchen and outdoor area (bottom). We have LED TV, 42 ", Cable TV (Sky), WI FI. The rent already includes expenses with water, gas kitchen. The place is ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy the beauties of the coast with tranquility and security (security 24h / condominium closed).

Near the condominium, you can enjoy good restaurants, bars, pizzeria, in addition to being very close to Praia do Forte (9km or so) and next to Itacimirim Beach.

Note: The maximum accommodation is 08 (eight) people.

This Condo is fabulous!

This is a beautiful Condo! Best location on the coast of Bahia. I lived in Bahia 10 years ago and so far this has been my favorite location. This Condo is actually better than the pictures and description of the property. There is an open area in the back with a bbq grill area and a small bathroom with an outside shower Loved this place , better then expected Will return and rent again

Viagem maravilhosa!!! Ficamos 7 dias neste paraíso. A casa é excelente (limpeza, móveis, utensílios e equipamentos em perfeito funcionamento), condomínio e village muito bem organizados. Hospitalidade da proprietária é nota 10!!! Sem falar nas praias maravilhosas, de carro fomos em todas da região (Praia do Forte, Arembepe, Itacimirim, Imbassaí, Porto de Sauípe, Barra de Pojuca, Santo Antônio). As praias de Guarajuba dá para ir a pé, são muito boas e tem ótima estrutura.

Village duplex muito confortável! A proprietária é muito atenciosa e nos cobriu de atenção desde o primeiro contato por telefone. A lagoa tem um dos mais lindos pôr do sol que já vi. Tudo limpo e organizado. Localização excelente nos permitindo ir a outras praias fantásticas rapidamente( isso porque o village já fica pertinho de uma. Íamos andando com crianças!) O condomínio é fechado e tem segurança 24h por dia. Recomendo para famílias que queiram passar dias tranquilos.

Excelente para a família! Muito agradável o lugar.

Passei alguns dias em Guarajuba, nesse village, e recomendo. O lugar é muito agradável, do lado de uma lagoa, com área verde e coqueiros ao redor. Muito bonito. A praia fica a poucos metros do local, com calçadão para caminhada e ciclovia. Show de bola!

Simplesmente maravilhoso!!! Não tenho absolutamente nada a reclamar do flat. É muito bem cuidado, totalmente equipado, tudo funciona perfeitamente. Acomoda até 8 pessoas com muito conforto. As camas são novas, assim como tudo o que tem no flat. Um local muito organizado, com vizinhança em sua maioria de proprietários de outros flats que são muito gentis. Área de lazer espetacular. Wi fi com ótimo sinal. E o principal: a proprietária Maira é de extrema gentileza, atenção, flexibilidade e cuidado. Com certeza já indiquei para amigos e pretendo voltar em breve. Nada a reclamar.
