Check in was extremely easy. As a single woman traveling alone, I really appreciated the safe quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants, and an easy drive to downtown Indianapolis.

The house was just as advertised. Nice, clean with fresh decor. The game room was great fun. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or fire pit on this trip but hope to on a future stay.

Very comfortable property. Host/owner was very responsive to all questions. Location proximity to downtown Indy, stadiums and airport wasn’t an issue. I would stay here again.

We were in town to visit family. The house was perfect for visiting. Grandkids loved the game room and hot tub. Plenty of room for board games and two couches to relax on. Raj was great to deal with and there were zero issues checking in and out. Will definitely rent again.

We stayed at the property while on a family trip. The house was clean, well-equipped, and we enjoyed the game room. The kitchen and front room were open providing a nice space for interacting. Everyone enjoyed the game room, especially PacMan. The beds were very comfy. Good bathroom set-up and space for everyone and they had nice TP! The clean up for leaving was very reasonable and check-out was easy. There was good communication from the host.

Raj's house was perfect for a weekend getaway! Very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, also. Greeks Pizzeria was right around the corner and delicious! Will definitely stay at Raj's house again in the future!

We had a terrific time celebrating Christmas with our family visiting from California. The house was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for spending quality time together. Raj was an excellent host, very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!!

This was a comfortable home for our family to stay in for our trip to Greenwood. The location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the fire pit and the game room, although some of the games were missing pieces, etc. We had a few issues during our stay. The dishwasher was in need of repair and communicating this to the owners was very difficult as it seemed that all communication was through AI. The dishwasher was finally repaired just before we left. The bathtub drain stopper wasn’t working which made it difficult to give our small children a bath. Again communication of this issue to the owner was difficult and it did not get resolved. The house was very clean but we had evidence of mice incredibly house. Not sure anything was ever done to get rid of the mice. We were very disappointed by the fact that these communication were awkward and there didn’t seem to be anyone locally to take care of anything

So we were 2 adults 2 children. Went to indy for the zoo and museum. Had a blast. The house made the vacation. Beautiful although the neighbors are very close than what we are used to. We didnt get a chance to use the fire pit or the hot tub we were so busy. Bring wood for the fire pit if you plan to use it. The house was awesome cool had plenty to do for my kids in our down time. Air hockey was number one for my newly 6 year old. Towels were clean and cushy beds were so welcoming the 6 year old decide to go to bed on her own every night we were there EARLY. Loved this place very clean comfortable and welcoming. I certainly plan to visit again!

Beautiful house in a great area

We stayed here while visiting for our niece’s wedding- the area it is located is very nice and safe. The house was very clean and there’s everything you could need there. It is located very close to my family’s houses so it was very convenient- would definitely stay here again in the future!
