Waialua 3 Bedroom/ 2bathroom Townhouse close to the beach
Stay in sunny quiet Waialua in a modernized 2 story townhouse, featuring 3 full sized bedrooms on 2nd floor, all with high ceilings, AC, ceiling fans, queen sized beds and the master bedroom having its own ensuite and balcony. The entire house is newly renovated with a new quartz and tile kitchen and tiled living area downstairs, with private back yard with great sun/shade. Quick 3–4-minute walk to beach, close to Haleiwa, a quiet gateway to north shore away from traffic. 30 day minimum rental.
The modernized townhouse is 2 stories with open lounge and kitchen downstairs, and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs . House is completely renovated and comes fully furnished and equipped with all the house hold equipment you could need. The house is tastefully decorated, very clean and tidy and very comfortable, with the downstairs staying cool during the day, and all the bedrooms having AC.
The lounge is nicely finished with polished tile floors and 2 leather couches, a TV and large coffee table. In front of the house there is also an great outside morning coffee location on a comfy outdoors couch.
The lounge moves through to the large quartz Island which functions as a breakfast island/dining table. You then move into the large fully equipped kitchen, which offers a electric range/oven, full sized French door fridge, microwave, 2 tub sink and plenty of counter space.
Continuing downstairs there is a backyard terrace off the kitchen that is nicely finished in stone and small grass area, with great shade under a prolific Abiu and Chocolate fruit trees - amazing, unusual tropical fruits, that maybe been in season during your stay. This terrace area, has both sun and shade and gives a relaxation spot during the day and evening.
The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor room, and has a attached ensuite, with toilet shower and vanity. The room has high ceilings, with AC, An internet TV, ceiling fans, great natural light and is orientated to provide great cooling trade wind flows if you don’t feel like living in AC. The room has a spacious balcony which is great for relaxing out of the afternoon sun and has sublime sunrises and great distant views. The master bedroom has a large closet and is fully furnished and tastefully decorated featuring the original redwood walls refinished. The attached ensuite is luxurious Turkish travertine tile with the shower using a modern ceramic tile for durability. A comfortable memory foam queen bed finishes this room off.
The 2nd bedroom also has higher ceilings, AC, great natural light, and provides plenty of space for you and your things with a large closet and chest of drawers. A desk is provided, and it has great views out its window to see mt Ka'ala, the highest point on the island. The room is fully furnished, including linens, bedding and beach towels.
The 3rd Bedroom also offers, high ceilings, AC, great natural light and provides plenty of space. This bedroom also has a TV and is has nice distant views from its windows.
The 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor is modern and easy to use and maintain. With a large shower and freshly tiled walls and floor it is a delight to clean off in. Towels, basic toiletries, and shower/ cleaning products are provided.
In the front of the house there is a laundry which is shared with the other 2 studios attached to the townhouse, and a shaded grass area which is great for kids under producing lime trees. There is also an outside shower which is great for washing for the beach sand/salt or mud if you have been hiking.
1 off street parking is available on request, but this is a quiet area and most people just use the ample on street parking. The area is very safe with long time neighbors surrounding the location, and no theft that i have seen.
The local quiet beach is a short 3-5min walk away, and does not get big waves so is good for swimming and kids. Due to the proximity of a river mouth, the water is not as clear as other locations, so I would recommend going to a different location for snorkeling.
This place is set up for long or short term stays with everything provided. You’re in a mature residential neighborhood so it is not suitable for parties or events, and you will need to keep it calm especially after 9pm as its a quiet suburb and we don’t like annoying the neighbors.
The place is ideal for family groups and extended family groups, we have toys and baby equipment available on request. Also, it is great for working professionals who would want to do 1 or 2 months of remote work here in Hawaii.
Very quiet peaceful neighbor hood, no traffic noise, quiet considerate neighbors, with plenty of on street parking.
The beach is a 3-5 min walk away, and Haleiwa is a 10 minute cycle down a designated cycle path.
Lots to do in the area, with excellent wave kiting at Mokuliea, good hiking, and nice snorkeling, surfing and other activities available. Haleiwa is a busy tourist town with plenty of amenities and tourist activities to choose from, sailing, shark cage diving, parachuting, horse riding etc.
