About Constance Boretti-Owner
I live 10 miles north of Boston in Saugus, MA and I owned and managed a data center processing for financial institutions in Waltham, MA called CUOL. I sold it to Fiserv in March 2011. I am now working with my best and largest client RTN Federal Credit Union. I am widowed, have three wonderful children and three beautiful grand daughters. I have been very blessed with good health, a wonderful family, good friends and the opportunity to have traveled extensively all over the world & the US.
Constance Boretti-Owner purchased this House in 2011
Why Constance Boretti-Owner chose Las Cruces
My very good friend and her husband retired in Las Cruces about 16 years ago and on occasion I would come and visit. I fell in love with the mountains and the area. One visit I noticed many beautiful homes for sale and made another trip to look at property to purchase for a vacation rental. I purchased this home because I fell in love with the house and what I could turn the house into for your enjoyment. It is far from a typical rental, It is my home, complete with what I want it to include, not what most short term renters would ever expect. I hope you will feel the way I do about the home and enjoy your stay should you decide to rent.
What makes this House unique
When I go on vacation I want to be pampered, don't you? Huge Pillow top California King Beds, luxurious bedding, plush pillows, comfortable bathrooms, vanity items to use and plenty of plush towels, large walk in closet space and hangers. Plenty of warm sunshine, and places to sit and enjoy the view of the mountains. A house large enough with getaway places to sit, sip coffee, read a book or entertain family and friends. Breathtaking views of the Organ Mountains, from the Living room, Great room, pool, Jacuzzi, or patio. A fully stocked kitchen to cook for 2 or 20. Plenty of pool towels and floats. Comfortable lounge chairs and tables to sit and relax by the pool or patio. Whether you like to be out all day taking in the sites, or veg’ing out enjoying all the amenities included in this home, this is a perfect vacation home to rent. Young or mature, singles or families the home and area has plenty to enjoy. It is also perfect for those big holiday get-to-gethers. A kitchen complete for the 'chef' in the group, whether it is a big meal, snack or large or small cocktail party. Separate sets of dishes and glasses whether used for your daily, patio, pool or formal dining pleasure.

Beautiful elegant roomy house!
The place is gorgeous! We had plenty of room and enjoyed it immensely. Connie, Ana, and Jennifer were great! Will definitely be back, a wonderful experience in a difficult time.
Everything we wanted and more!
We wanted a place where our family could gather to celebrate our son's graduation from NMSU. This was the perfect place! There is plenty of room yet with the open concept you don't feel isolated from the group. The furnishings are top of the line, heavy, ornate pieces and all the beds are comfortable, no hotel bed back pain here. The kitchen is well equipped for all our cooking needs. The pool and hot tub were a hit everyday of our stay! Constance was so helpful with all our questions prior to booking and property manager, Ana, took great care of us on check in day.
When my 10 year old great-niece said "Thank you for renting this house" I knew the weekend was a success!! Don't miss out on this great home!!

Lovely, well-maintained home; great base for exploring the Las Cruces area
Just spent a week here with my partner and three of our friends. What a lovely, well-maintained property! The house is spacious, the beds are all very comfortable, and the kitchen is very well set up - we did a fair amount of cooking while we were there, and I really appreciated the kitchen and bbq grill. The pool is great for a refreshing dip after golf or hiking (I don't care if it's only April, we're New Englanders - if the temps are above freezing, I'm getting in the pool) and the outdoor dining area is comfortable and the perfect place to end your day.
It's a great location: it's within walking distance of the Sonoma Ranch Golf Course (fun course, although the arroyo ate more of my shots than I care to admit), which as a surprisingly good restaurant; there's a public park around the corner that makes for nice morning and evening strolls; you're about a 20 minute drive from some awesome day hikes (we did Dripping Springs and Soledad Canyon - Dripping Springs has a visitor center, but I recommend Alltrails dot com for info on your other hike options); and St Clair winery has a tasting room and bistro right in Las Cruces. White Sands is also easily accessible, and there are even sleds in the garage you can borrow for the visit.
We did have a minor problem with the dishwasher, but the property manager responded immediately and had it fixed withing hours. Constance, the owner, was very responsive to our questions before our stay, too. Stuff happens - what makes a good property a great one is how the people who own/run it respond. This is a great property.
I can't think of a thing that was missing or that I would change.
I love, love, love reading comments like this. If I were looking to rent I would appreciate comments just like you wrote I would find them very helpful. I am so very glad you and your group had an enjoyable stay. Please come back anytime.
This was our third stay at this home—we must love it! At this point our six-year old granddaughter refers to it as “our house.”
We’re driving from San Francisco so after 2-3 days on the road, it’s always a pleasure and relief to see this wonderful home (and its welcoming frogs) sitting on the corner knowing that inside it is beautifully maintained, decorated and comfortable. Constance is also extremely generous in the complimentary supplies whether it be the bathrooms or the kitchen. It is probably the most welcoming vacation home in which we’ve stayed and we are extremely appreciative of the obvious pride she takes in her home.
We would also like to thank, Ana, the property manager for her personal welcome to us and her outstanding help and assistance in shipping my son’s custom-made cedar flute which was inadvertently left behind. She couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious in the giving of her time.
Thank you for once again staying at the house and all your very kind comments. When I am looking to personally rent a vacation rental I read the reviews as they do give a lot of weight on my decision to rent the property. Not to mention what I look for in a rental. Which is why I made my rental welcoming, relaxing, comfortable and for those individuals, like yourself that have been there before, always an enjoyable stay. Please come back again! Constance
Perfect family retreat
I rented this for a family gathering for NMSU graduation. My family loved the luxuriousness of this open designed home. My parents are elderly and the home was easy for them to navigate. The youngsters thought they were in a palace. :) The distance to shopping and the university was just perfect. Easy access to the university. splendid view of the lights of town and the Organ Mountains. Quite and very safe area. We also had visited the White Sands National Monument which was an easy distance from this home. The rental process was amazingly simple and pleasant people to work with. I would highly recommend this home.
We had a grand time at this property owned by Constance Boretti. The house is beautiful. The photos in the ad just tickle you interest. This place is grand with a WOW+ factor. There is plenty of room through out the house. The kids enjoyed the pool daily and the adults enjoyed the hot tub most nights. This was our vacation spot and nothing else was planed. We had family from out of town come see us. The kitchen is well equipped to make dinner for 15 plus easily. Connie, thanks again for letting us use your amazing home. We really enjoyed it! Also a big shout out your property manager, Amanda, who was always quick to respond and to James as well.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful comments! Please come back again when you next return from Germany for a holiday.
