A Refreshing Getaway

What a way to wrap up the year! The views were incredible and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The unit is neat, clean and centrally located. We did some sightseeing, shopping, and enjoyed several restaurants...........but mostly we sat quietly and enjoyed the view.

LOVED IT

What a great condo, in a secure building, with great views and easy access to The Marginal Way. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. The unit was extremely clean and well appointed. We would love to stay her again! And the view...was gorgeous!!

Great Get-Away

We had a fun fall get-away and shopping trip. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had an amazing view from every room. We come to Ogunquit several times a year. Always in the summer with the whole family and often in the spring and fall as a couple. This was our first time at this property and we hope to come back.

Great Location

This Condo is in a great location and is the perfect one for a couple. Has two bathrooms which makes it convenient for us. The condo also has a Murphy Bed, so could have another couple but we didn’t use it. It is located about halfway from town and also fro Perkins Cove via the Marginal Way. The Deck is great for the view to the beach and water. We were out there a lot.All in All we would try to get this one again if we go back.

Quaint Ocean view stay

Lovely place to visit, put on a lot of miles on the Marginal Way. Beautiful views of the Atlantic. Condo was efficient for our needs. Great that it had two bathrooms. Comfortable and relaxing setting. Nice boat ride with Finestkind boat tours out of Perkins Cove. Lots of shopping and restaurants serving up great food . Everyone very friendly

Beach Getaway

This unit was in a great location within walking distance of most everything. Marginal Way path is literally right outside the door. If the main beach is not your style there are a couple of little beaches within a short walk. The views from the deck are beautiful. The unit was also clean and well appointed.

Ocean Getaway

Multi-time repeat customer, awesome as always! The large rooms and ocean views (steps from. marginal way) are spectacular. Always well kept and has everything you need from dishes to cooking items and dishwasher, so relaxing to stay here! The owner and communications are great, so glad i found this place!

Excellent location!

This Condo is the perfect location in walking distance to the South Perkins Cove and to the North Ogunquit with shops and restaurants. We went to Roberto‘s Italian restaurant and again just a 5 min walk. With a full kitchen, we were able to have breakfast and even cooked a dinner with a view to the Bay. The King bed was comfortable, but the Mattress topper has seen better days. We kept rolling to one side. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect Harmony of space and location

The property was located in ideal location just a 2 minute walk to the Marginal Way and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you needed, it was very clean and well laid out and had a great deck porch for watching the ocean. Did I mention that the view was absolutely beautiful of the entire beach! The grand kids loved the Murphy bed too for their overnight with us!The host, Kathy, was very quick with answers to any questions. We WILL go back!!

Fabulous!

This condo is beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The views were amazing - from every window! The book the host put together for the area was the best I have ever seen anywhere, and we referred to it often. It was a short walk to the beach, or downtown, or the Marginal Way. Kathy was terrific. She made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to come back again.

Peaceful w beautiful view

Second visit was just as relaxing as the first. Outdoor covered deck offers flexibility if it rains. Amazing view with access to Marginal Way. Accommodations and host are great. Recently updated.

Perfect Ogunquit Stay

We've been coming to Ogunquit for many years now. The Degan family condo at the Lookout is perfect for us. Its location is superb, an easy walk to Perkin's Cove and Ogunquit Center. Kathy is a joy to work with. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. The new furniture is lovely, and the blue color scheme throughout is perfect. We spent many hours on the balcony watching the tides change and listening to the waves. This was our second time staying here, but certainly not our last.

Great Location

There was much to like about this property. This property is in a great location and close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It is updated and decorated well, with comfortable furniture. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! My concerns were the bed , the tv reception and the bedroom air conditioner. There is an ill fitted topper on the bed that hangs off , is too soft and is not good for anyone with a back problem. The tv reception was pretty bad. Don’t know if it’s the tv or the area. The air conditioner is level with the pillows and blows directly at your head and face. We had to turn it off. Thankfully there was an overhead fan that helped somewhat.
