Two spacious bedroom suites, bay windows, ceiling fans, as well as central air. Each bedroom has its own TV and en suite bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need if you choose to cook, including a dishwasher , microwave, blender, coffee maker and all the extras for your convenience. Washer / Dryer. Comfortable designer decorated unit. The living room has a 50' TV LCD, DVD and iPod docking station. Free Internet & Cable. Relax and Enjoy ocean breezes or a quiet breakfast from the furnished screened in balcony overlooking the lake and pool. Third floor location is easily accessible by elevators or stairs. Pools are just steps away with poolside grills and picnic table , walking paths. Perfect location for family's visiting the Cal Ripken experience ! Magnolia Pointe at Myrtlewood Villas.

All garbage must be emptied out of condo and brought to dumpster. No daily house cleaning- Bath towels/linens are Not to be removed from unit.
