The perfect place for your next golf or family vacation! Brand new lake front villa, centrally located features large living areas, allowing plenty of space to enjoy your visit. Two spacious bedroom suites, bay windows, ceiling fans, as well as central air. Each bedroom has its own TV and en suite bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need if you choose to cook, including a dishwasher , microwave, blender, coffee maker and all the extras for your convenience. Washer / Dryer. Comfortable designer decorated unit. The living room has a 50' TV LCD, DVD and iPod docking station. Free Internet & Cable. Relax and Enjoy ocean breezes or a quiet breakfast from the furnished screened in balcony overlooking the lake and pool. Third floor location is easily accessible by elevators or stairs. Pools are just steps away with poolside grills and picnic table , walking paths. Perfect location for family's visiting the Cal Ripken experience ! Magnolia Pointe at Myrtlewood Villas.

Beautiful place

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more! The space was spotless, cozy, and perfectly located. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. From the soft linens to the local recommendations, every detail felt curated with care. We'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, Thanks

Great place to stay.

It was great and the host were very nice. The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Just a great place to stay at the beach.

Great stay for our family!

Cheril, the host, was amazing! She was so accommodating and responsive the whole time. The VRBO app was not woking, so i had to contact her several times. If i need to go to myrtle beach again, I'll stay here again.

Overall a good unit to rent. The floors had not been mopped in a while as you must wear shoes / socks or your feet will be dirty within an hour. The dryer does not work well. The unit is right by the pool and the area is nice.

Perfect for Cal Ripken & Beach

Stayed for a week while my son played in a Csl Ripken tournament. Cheryl was super fast to respond and quick to get a plumber out when the toilet wouldn’t stop running. It’s worth noting that she was able to find one during the 4th of July weekend. Overall, the condo was perfect for what we needed and hope to return someday.

Excellent for Ripken

My son and husband stayed at this condo while attending a tournament at the Ripken facility. They were impressed with the size, cleanliness and comfort of the property. The location was perfect for Ripken-close enough to run back to when the wrong baseball pants were worn! The owner was proactive in communicating and provided all the necessary information. Highly recommend.

beautiful condo

we loved the condo and really felt at home there. Everything was clean and had everything we needed if we wanted to cook! the screened porch was perfect for our morning coffee and nighttime monopoly games! grounds were beautifully kept and pool was right there. beach was a short drive and condo was close to everything! we would definitely stay there again. Already talking about next year! Thank you for such a lovely place for our family.

Home away from home!!!

Words cannot even begin how much we LOVE this place. Feels JUST like home right when you walk in, very opening, bright, and comfortable; perfect for family getaway!!! HIGHLY recommend to anyone who travels for long stay. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with all the needs for cooking. The condo decor and furnishings was nicely placed throughout. The screen patio was a plus, with the most relaxing view of the pool and pond view. I can go on and on, you have to see it for yourself!!! Lastly but not least...Cheril (the owner) was AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING, I can say it a million times more. She’s quick at responding and great communications. I would definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful! Decor was new & updated!! Plus the unit itself was perfect for our family of 6. Very spacious and super close to where we needed to be (Cal Ripken Experience). Cheril (the owner) was fabulous and very easy to communicate with! We loved staying here!! Would totally recommend this place to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach!

Great condo and great location

My girlfriend and I stayed here over Memorial weekend and really enjoyed this property. The overall décor was fantastic and everything was comfortable. Great view of the pool and lake and the owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay at the condo. Walking in, it took our breath away. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The screened in porch was definitely a plus at night. Not many condos have them. Cheril and Brian were very easy to communicate with and made the reservation process very smooth. It was our first time in Myrtle Beach ( my son played in the Cal Ripkin tournament) and the location of the condo was perfect. We look forward to staying again!! I highly recommend this condo if you are looking for cleanliness, comfort and relaxation.

Great stay, great condo!

This Condo is very nice, everything is updated which makes you feel like you never left home. The pool is located right behind the unit which makes it convenient for the kids. Cheril and Brian were easy accessible and respond promptly. Broadway at the beach is literally 3 minutes away. We will be back for years to come, that's for sure.

Wow! and Wonderful!

Cheril and Brian came through in the clutch for us. We had to schedule our vacation in a hurry and were trying to find a place to stay. As soon as we walked in, we were in awe. The pictures do it no justice. Everything in the condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was the best I have ever slept on. The location was ideal as we were a straight shot to the beaches and Broadway at the Beach. On our next visit, we hope to stay at this very place.

Wonderful stay!

Loved the amenities! The unit was even better than the online pictures. Everything was spotless and looked brand new; had the best sleep in the beds. It had everything we needed during our stay. When we had a small issue during our stay, Brian was easy to get a hold of by phone and the problem was easily and quickly rectified. The only thing we wish was different is that pools were open until 11pm!

Fantastic! Everything we had hoped for and more!

The property was not only immaculate, it was beautiful and perfect for a week of R&R. Everything was top notch, including the furnishings, the amenities and the hospitality. I would definitely recommend for anyone.

Beautiful condo, well-equipped

Our family vacationed in Myrtle Beach this year. Can't say enough good things about Cheril and Roger's condo. The place was beautifully decorated, clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. Cheril was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend
