This lovely apartment is located on the ground floor, and is accessible via a lift directly from a secure basement car park.
Comprised of two bedrooms with luggage stands, hanging space, chest of drawers, bedside units with bedside lamps, two king beds (1.5m) and a single bed, which together with the sofa bed in the lounge, can sleep a total of 7 guests.
There is an en-suite shower room and another shower room off the hallway. Both have rainfall showers, chrome towels rail heaters, storage units.
The open-plan kitchen has a range of glossy grey storage units, free-standing fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle.
The living area has a floor-to-ceiling window with a view into the courtyard. There is also a 2-seater sofa bed and another 2-seater sofa, and a 50-inch wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix. The living area contains a large glass dining table with 6 stylish high-back chairs.
All rooms have oak doors with chrome handles, light oak vinyl flooring and modern downlighters which can be dimmed. Electric heating with individual thermostats provided throughout. Hyperoptic provide ultra-fast Wi-Fi.
So you that won't need to worry about bringing (or forgetting to bring!) all your toiletries, each studio comes equipped with a "Starter Pack" containing hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. For longer stays, where you may need extra, possibly with mid-stay cleans, these can be provided at additional cost. However, a fresh set of towels will be provided weekly.
CCTV is set-up in communal areas and outside the property for your safety. There is also an intercom in the room so you can speak with any visitors or delivery drivers at the main door and let them in as required.
Please note we collect £100 damage deposits from all of our guests, this is fully refundable at the end of your stay assuming no significant damage is done to the room or its contents.

Excellent stay in coventry. Apartment was very clean and had all that we needed. tea bags and coffee a bonus. great communication from host. would recommend
the rating would be much higher if it weren't for the rudeness experienced during the check-in process. The key box was nearly impossible to find. The manager was very rude and completely impatient as we tried to navigate the property to find it. He kept referencing the photos in the property guide and chastising me for having not "read the guide." Unfortunately, the area next to the property is under construction and an important landmark in the photo is now gone making the "guide" irrelevant. He was a real jerk. Once we were able to access the property, it was fine. Very clean and secure. Visitors should note that construction has made driving around the property very difficult unless you are using a taxi or a bus.
Great location, very central. Flat very clean and spacious. Parking spot accessible by lift which was great. Easy self check in/out. Would certainly stay again! Thanks
