Make sure all doors are locked including deadbolt on back door and be sure front door is locked with both locks.

This was convenient to everything, We were here for family weekend at GSU and it was so easy to go back and forth to all the activities. Angela was easy to work with, contacting us before our stay and easily reached during our stay. The house was great and super clean! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful stay & thoughtful host

Angela and The Heart House were everything we could have hoped for during our trip to Statesboro for our daughter’s graduation. The house was very clean, well appointed, and exactly as described. Angela was super communicative and very thoughtful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Georgia Southern Parents Weekend

House that feels like Family

This house and Angela were perfect. The location, communication, cleanliness and king bed were the best. We loved the coffee bar, quiet subdivision, close proximity to restaurants and family. Angela, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Stay here if you are going to statesboro

You can tell the owners put love and care I to this property. She was proactive communicating the entire time. One of the most well stocked VRBOs I’ve been in. And compared to the options of staying at a springhill suites or holiday inn express this is a no brained.

Great Weekend !

The house was exactly as pictured. Angela was a gracious host who even put chocolate next to each bed! She left us toilettes in case we forgot. I was grateful for the coffee as I was the only one in the group who drank it and didn’t want to bother everyone to make an extra trip to the store. I hope to return soon!!

The Perfect Spot

This house was the perfect size for our group. 4 adults and 4 kids. The quaint little neighborhood made me feel like I was at home. The location was close to the events we were going to at Statesboro High School, Georgia Southern, and lots of restaurants. The house was clean and neat. The owner was a dream to communicate with. She was thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our weekend perfect. We all agreed we would stay at this location again.

No Hot Tub. Great house and neighborhood. Takes a while for the AC to get it cool but it was ok.

Suggestion

Only issue we had was the temperature upon arrival. It was 85 degrees in house so it took until 4 am to get the house to 73 degrees. We turned the thermostat down to 60.

I have two college degrees - one from UGA, and one from GSU. I have 3 children a son that graduated UGA, a daughter at Georgia Tech and another daughter that will attend Georgia College & University in the fall

I enjoy concerts, kayaking, talking to groups and international travel.

Why they chose this property

I lived in the house for many years and have kept it as a rental. I got tired of long term rentals so I’ve been a VRBO owner renter for a year now

The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location surrounded by lots of food and shopping and only a trip on the bypass takes you right to GSU

What makes this property unique

The house is super clean, larger than pictures show. Everyone enjoys their stay here and I’ve had many return guests. I also can host small group meetings, bridge groups, baby showers, etc. Please contact me for pricing
