The property also features 1 1/2 bathrooms with essential amenities like a hairdryer and shower. Lots of room. Has large Conference room with large table to have meetings or feed a large crowd. Lots of parking. Whether you're looking to relax or explore or host a meeting. Only .2 mile from downtown bars and restaurants. 2.5 miles from Georgia Southern Paulson Stadium. We have 3/4 acre of grass and parking lot for tailgating. Invite your friends to tailgate. Grills allowed. This enjoyable and amazing space is the perfect home base for your trip. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The home was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more convenient to GSU, and there was so much room for everyone to spread out. Check-in and access were incredibly easy, and the hosts were unbelievably responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay in statesboro

We enjoyed staying at this house when we came to move my daughter in to her dorm. It is a very unique use of space and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The house had plenty of amenities as well. Very clean, which was a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Statesboro. It worked perfectly for what we needed for our visit with our son at Ga Southern. Bed was clean and comfortable. Home had tons of space. Would stay again!

SPACIOUS

We loved it here! It is SO big and the bedding/linens were so comfy. Cool AC, great coffee bar, and they think of everything for you. We will definitely be booking here again.
