Start your mornings in a lovely way with our bread and coffee service on the terrace, a perfect way to start your day enjoying a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
At ChiCo, we want all of our guests to have an incredible stay with us, always with the same quality and service, so it is important to follow the next rules:
Please remember to keep all building and apartment doors closed at all times.
It`s important not to grant access to the building to anyone you don’t know.
Extra fees will be charged if your towels or bed clothing are missing or in bad condition.

The area was terrific with many restaurants, shops and the park in close walking distance. The unit is compact and well organized. The bed large and comfortable. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage as we were early for check in. We didn’t want to cook as the restaurants were so convenient but addition of a microwave would be handy. Very pleased with our choice for our first visit to Mexico City. It was peaceful and secure.

Very friendly staff at the building!There was an error with our departure date. They marked us down as checking out after 2 nights and it was embarrassing when someone walked in on us in bed one morning. I was able to show them the original verification email showing 8 nights of accommodation. The link sent to me on the night of our arrival also showed 2 nights only, and in a different room. I asked for a correction via WhatsApp but didn’t receive one. Not sure what happened here but when I still had access to our room after the incorrect checkout date, my concern subsided.The room suited our needs for the week. A couple small things that could be attended to: toilet loose/rocking on the floor and bathroom door hardware sticking and falling off. Other than that, the room is in fine condition considering the building age.

Excellent location, comfy bed, quiet for CDMX

We loved being so close to Parque Mexico, and the concrete walls and floors mean we didn't hear our neighbors. You can hear people coming and going in the hallways, but it's not a frequent occurrence and didn't bother us at all. CDMX is a vibrant and growing city, so regardless of where you stay, you'll hear construction noises and bustling clubs and restaurants. This place was no different, but the noise wasn't unbearable like we read in reviews of other properties. Most importantly, this bed was super comfy and the sheets were very, very soft! I loved the bed. I hadn't read the property description closely enough and was surprised to find no microwave. The mini fridge and tea kettle served our needs. There was a two burner stove and one small frying pan, but no oven or other pots, so if you have visions of cooking large meals, you might need a different setup. Also, this neighborhood was by far my favorite in the city.
