The host was great at communicating. We had some wifi issues and he sent over a technician to fix it with 30 minutes. House is spacious. There’s an extra bedroom with two twin beds that we weren’t expecting, so everyone had their own room. Neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and grocery store. Perfect location for overnight on our way to Florida.

Kurt was a wonderful host with good communication. We booked his place at the last second after another VRBO host canceled our stay at the day of checking in. This was a great deal and the house was beautiful, spacious and clean. It could easily house many more People than our small family of 3. Beds were comfortable and smelled clean, towels were soft, not common to other places we have stayed. We brought laundry detergent to wash our clothes, however there was available detergent and softener. Shampoo, body soap, lotion also stocked in the bathrooms:) It is only about 30 minutes from the US Space and Rocket Center, but feels like you are in the country. bring your clothes and food and Kurt has thought of everything else:)

Annual family get-together

Beautiful property, roomy and comfortable. Very nice and quite area. I do have one suggestion, the front porch steps need rails..there is an alternate access at the side entrance. We all agree that we would book this property again.
