- We do NOT provide shampoo, conditioner, or body soap in bathrooms.

- Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Only the number of guests listed on the booking are allowed at any time. You will be asked to leave immediately with no refund for the remainder of your reservation if any violations of this rule are made.

- IF YOUR INTENTION IS TO RENT OUR HOUSE FOR UNDERAGE KIDS THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation.

- Quiet hours are from 10PM - 8AM. These hours are strictly enforced. The township is very strict on noise violations and police will be called if excessive noise is coming from our home. If a noise violation is issued you are responsible for the fine amount from the township plus an additional fine of $500.

- Reservations from accounts that have not been verified will not be considered.

- Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation.

- Beach badges must be in home by check out time. They cannot be mail, shipped, returned, etc. You are responsible for them and if lost you will be charged the amount for replacement.

Perfect Shore House!

Our stay at the Whale Watcher was excellent! Everything from the layout of the house, to the cleanliness, to the location (1 block from the beach and boardwalk) was perfect. Plenty of outdoor space as well. Loved the hot tub. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in Seaside at the Whale Watcher house was absolutely amazing. The house was perfect—clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything we needed. It’s spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location can’t be beat—just steps from the boardwalk, great restaurants, and of course, the beach. It was ideal for my husband and me to be able to easily come and go from the beach throughout the day.Check-in and check-out were incredibly convenient, and the owners and property manager could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We truly loved our stay and hated to leave. I’m already looking to book again for next year!

We had a great weekend stay at this house. House was very clean, well kept, and had all amenities available. Host was extremely responsive and professional. Would definitely book again! Great house for families with lots of space and areas to enjoy eachother's company. Short walk to boardwalk/beach and everything you'd need!

This property is GREAT! The house is very clean! The property managers could not be more helpful, they were wonderful! They were very accommodating with anything we needed, their response time with any question we had, was just about immediate! I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to be close to the beach! The property has a hot tub which was such an added bonus! I would like to let people know that these property owners are sharing their homes with us, please be mindful of the walls when carrying your luggage, treat these properties the way you would want your property treated!

Awesome gem right by the beach!

Everything was exceptional from the communication with the owner to the amenities. The house is brand new and everything is beautifully decorated. Four couples stayed for the weekend and having our own bathrooms was a great bonus. The thoughtfulness of the owner providing to go coffee cups, creamers, sugar and coffee pods was much appreciated but this coffee loving group. So close to the beach and restaurants we didn’t use our cars all weekend. We definitely plan to rent again!

So Beautiful!!

We had the best time staying at the Whale Watcher!! It was absolutely stunning & spotless. First entering we were absolutely speachless and so excited! The house is put right in the middle of everything with a quick 2 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk,bars and restaurants. Bryana was a dream with her quick responses and checking in to see if we needed anything. She gave us suggestions of restaurants & activities. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We cant wait to come back!!
