Expansive feel with a private patio, easy place to bike, walk, relax, or make a quick trip to Erie beaches, Pittsburgh city fun, Amish country atmosphere, on 50 acres of horse farm!
Hosts live onsite in the main house. Complete privacy!

Our space offers a comfortable queen size bed, full kitchen, shower, laundry facility, reclining sofa for casual evening TV or reading time.
Bright, but dimmer capable lighting.
Remote and temperature control gas fireplace for those cool nights. Stocked with extras to help you settle right in.

Our home is peaceful and quiet, scenic and private. You will feel removed and un impacted by busy and hurried living here. We are offering refreshing and recharging way of just passing through or resting for longer spells with well appointed conveniences. We are close enough to drop off the interstate for a relaxing lay over, close enough to connect to nearby colleges and bustling bigger towns, or kick up your feet, enjoy the open skies and breath some fresh air!!

You have full and private access to this studio apartment. There is a door added with security lock to allow no disturbances between the main living space and the rental space. Feel free to walk the property, take in the scenery, or lounge on your personal patio. Restricted areas include the horse barn or fields unless accompanied by one of us if you would like to encounter the horses. We have 3 small dogs on site but will be kept away from guests while visiting. We would love to engage with you, but understand and respect privacy. Come and be refreshed!!

We will be available for Any need or request you have. We are easy going and truly want to make your stay as peaceful but as comfortable as possible. Please message us as needed!

If arriving on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday please check out Craigs Bakery at the end of the road for fresh pastries and donuts. Open 6am-2pm
This is a quiet road with limited traffic, so its great for walking and taking in the scenery. Lots of wildlife exist here so watch for deer, sand cranes and bald eagles!

4 miles to I79, 4 miles to I80.
Lots of space to park, but we do designate an area closest to your entrance with a well lit path. If you need additional parking (ie small trailer/ pull behind), just message us and we can accommodate closer to the barn.
You will be 7 miles from Grove City College, 10 miles from Grove City Outlets, 25 minutes to Slippery Rock, 1 hour to Pittsburgh or Erie, 30-40 minutes to towns such as New Wilmington, New Castle, and Franklin Pa. Easy walk to Craigs Bakery for donuts, pastries, pies, fresh eggs, and breads!

**We offer our property as an event venue as well, with an available event planner. Weddings, elopements, picnics, reunions etc. please ask for more information.***

**If you are traveling with horses we can accommodate for them as well. We have equipped areas for truck and trailer combinations. Round pen spaces with water for overnight free grazing, possible box stall accommodations if requested. ****
We do allow and help assist with PRE- approved events. We have an extensive flat yard and amount of space for parking, so just reach out for further discussion. We offer an event planner as well.

2 small (under 30lb) dogs will be ok, when booking with pets, pls know that Any damage to furniture or property will be an additional fee. We travel with our pets a lot and always respect property, we ask the same from you. The pet fee is $35 PER pet to help with the additional cleaning to maintain a healthy dander- free environment for all future guests. However, it is a one time fee, Not a nightly fee.
