What a fantastic place to stay with family! Everything was so clean, so comfortable, and accommodations were very generous. So much room for everyone to be able to spread out and have their own space and bathroom, but also many great gathering spaces. Incredible view. Host was so kind and communicative!
Communication before and during stay was very good. The online photos do not do this home justice, It was amazing! the hosts thought of everything. The lighted Christmas tree was an unexpected and warm welcome. There was something for all ages to enjoy...and we did. It was dreamy.
It was the perfect house for our family reunion. The 3 levels allowed each part of our group to have a great time. It was so comfortable, so well equipped in every way, the view was amazing, adding to the our trip in so many ways. I highly recommend this host, she was attentive, kind and ready to help make our trip perfect. It is definitely 5 star in every way
Never heard anything from host! The hot tub was dirty so we couldn’t use it. We were traveling with small children and some of the rails on the top deck was loose. I should have been notified there was construction going to be going on in front of the house. The house was beautiful!
Two bed had bugs (dead spiders, caterpillar and or gnat) One bed on 1st lower level was unoccupiable due to water leaking from the vent. Two rooms were missing tv remotes.Towels were left on main floor laundry room, don't know if they had been washed or not.
Our group was impressed by the size and design of this home. We had lots of fun playing pool, air hockey, and using the hot tub - the gathering areas of the home were accommodating and comfortable. We loved the big couch upstairs, and having 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers was a game changer with a group of that size, as is having laundry on every floor! Downsides, the home seemed to be set up in a rush. An open bag of ice melt was left on the front porch, and ice melt crystals weren’t swept off the front porch (not ideal with toddlers and crawling babies) and we were there during temperatures between 60-80 degrees so it was unnecessary to still have ice melt on the porch. The propane tanks for the fire pits were empty, and there were additional tanks on the upper back patio which we thought would be refills, but they were also empty. However we were able to get maintenance to bring new propane which was appreciated, but the row of empty tanks should have been removed before we checked in. Additionally, trash was not picked up from the designed space on the front porch once during our entire stay even though it’s indicated on the property detail sheet that it will be. The most significant issue we encountered was that during a high wind storm on our 2nd evening there, much of the siding of the house started blowing off, interrupting our sleep all night as it was banging loudly against the walls. Overall, the house is a neat space in a great location
Love the house and its beautiful views! Very roomy and spacious for our family! Brianna was an excellent host and easy to message regarding nearby attractions, etc!
We had a large family reunion and this was absolutely perfect. There are three floors in the house. Each floor has bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, an indoor and outdoor living area, a half bathroom, and laundry facilities. Additionally, there are two refrigerator / freezers and two dishwashers in the kitchen, plus a large table and large table / buffet. There was enough room to spread out and for different family members to do different activities. The house had everything that we needed for our stay, and everything worked. The view of the lake was beautiful. It is super convenient to Silver Dollar City and isn't far from Branson. There is also a really nice club facility with indoor and outdoor pools that are nicely sized, with plenty of seating. This is a short walk (up a pretty steep hill) from the house, or you can drive and there is plenty of parking. There is still major construction going on between the house and the lake. The construction may impact the view eventually as it is built out, though it is hard to tell. There was some minor construction noise, as well as dust from the construction site, but we really enjoyed watching the construction activities from the balcony and didn't find it disturbing to our stay. This is a vacation development. The houses are close together and depending on the neighbors, it can get a little noisy.Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
