The place was just as pictured, and everything was in great shape!!

We had a great time in Treasure Island and staying at the Waterfront Condo. So close to the beach where we took morning walks and watched sunsets. Very local to restaurants also. Loved the condo! Clean, just as pictured, plenty of space and great decor and scenery. Favorite part was morning coffee in the nook overlooking the intercostal. Would definitely recommend

Visited our sons for their birthday’s. We had such a great time. The cottage was great and the host, James, was very accommodating. He was gracious, allowed us to stay another night at no additional cost after our flight was cancelled due to a tropical storm. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with my daughters ages 19 and 22 as my younger daughter attends the University of Tampa. The cottage is decorated in a beach theme-it's super cute and has everything you need such as 2 free shared washer/dryers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. The location is perfect-the beach is less than a block away and the bay to see the sunrise is 2 blocks away. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is 1/2 mile away which has lots of clothing and souvenir shops as well as restaurants. I highly recommend "Sweet Brunette Cafe" which is a mile away for coffee and breakfast. I had the funky monkey coffee and had to go back the next day to have it again! There is also a Publix a mile away. I would highly recommend this cottage and look forward to staying there again!!!!

The home was as described and shown in the pictures. The process to check in and out was very clear and communication was great. We enjoyed how close we were to the beach and many activities.

Wow! What a gem! This little cottage was the perfect place for my family of 3 to stay for a week in Florida. Immediately after walking through the gate into the tropical courtyard, we knew we'd picked the right place. Inside our cottage was spotlessly clean and up-to-date. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of kitchenware and utensils for us to cook our own meals. Amenities such as beach towels, beach toys, and laundry access were things that most property owners don't offer but we found to the thoughtful details that made this cottage, and our stay, AWESOME. Oh, and the beach?? It's only a minute walk away - so close that sometimes we'd run back to the cottage to grab something we forgot. You can't get that convenience at a high-rise hotel. The owner was easy to reach and kind enough to check in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were enjoying our time there. My advice? Don't hesitate when considering booking a stay here - just do it. You will not be disappointed!!
