Unique! 1902 Nun's home of the former Holy Rosary Church in historic Birmingham

Located in the historic Birmingham neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the World Famous Tony Packo's Restaurant. Built in 1902 & renovated in 2022. Please note: the pictures don't yet show 2 truckloads of luxury furniture that just arrived! This is a huge home on 3 1/2 acres. Its a 2 minute walk to the Maumee River to the west & also 2 minutes to the Collins Park Golf Course to the east. This spacious home comes fully furnished with super fast wireless internet, digital security, tons of parking, bicycles, kayaks, guitars, a hundred yard picnic area, huge bonfire pit with lots and lots of hardwood provided.
