This house backs up to a public bike trail making for a great, peaceful view off the large back patio. And a convenient place to walk and/or bike. As well as a large fenced in backyard, great for dogs. This property is centrally located in the heart of Toledo, just a few miles from Downtown Toledo, The University of Toledo, Toledo Hospital, Franklin Park Mall and countless great local restaurants, breweries and shops. Whether its a short weekend getaway or a long business stay, this home will be a great place to come back to each day and relax. Run by local owners who care about our guests experience. We feel this house is best suited for 4 people, although it can sleep 5 with the futon.

The host was amazing. Very helpful and quick to respond when vrbo did not send the pin information. The home was clean, comfortable and in a good location. Neighborhood was peaceful and near everywhere I planned to visit. Backyard was perfect for relaxing evenings after busy days. We will be staying here again during our next visit.

Needed a place to stay for 3 nights close to my wife’s continuing education course. I also needed a place I could work comfortably while she was in class. We looked at hotels nearby and this was a much better value. Everything was as listed. House was clean and everything was in good working order. We did not need it, but there was a washer and dryer as well. I need reliable internet for my work and had no issues whatsoever. The host was very responsive and provided recommendations on great local restaurants which we enjoyed. House is close to ProMedica and University of Toledo. Also close to any shopping you may need. Off Street parking and what appeared to be very safe neighborhood. We would book again if she needs to return for additional classes in the future.
