Very good location, clean and comfy but no A/C and apparently there has been exceptionally high temps so on a normal day it would probably be fine. A very short walk to the beach and the host is awesome!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, open air space with great air flow and natural lighting. The bed is very comfortable. Justin works hard to provide every accommodation. We will be back!

Very clean, close to the beach, and easy check in instructions! Everything was close enough to walk to and had good restaurants near by. Would definitely recommend Best Pizza and Brew.

Nice place, close to the main drag and the beach. It even had a wine stopper. Good shower, good bed. Host came by when we had a problem -- good guy.

it was very dirty i had to wash everything on my birthday the sheets. smelled so bad and every wipe i used came out black the table the bathroom the toilet

This was a perfect space for our 4th of July getaway! We were able to walk to the beach easily and were within walking distance of awesome coffee shops and restaurants. The space was clean and the host was quick to respond with our questions! Highly recommend!

I booked this as a last-minute extension of a work trip to visit with some friends in the area. This was the coziest apartment in a great area! So walkable and super close to the beach. Thanks, Justin, for letting me stay in your place for a bit - I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay. Many restaurants, coffee shops and stores you could walk to. Parking was super easy whether you used street parking or the garage. The only downfall was there was construction outside of the unit that had to take place while I was there. It was supposed to be done the week prior but there was very bad rain. Overall the place was fantastic and I would definitely come back and stay again!

Great location

Loved location. However the stairs leading up to the unit are very steep and could be a problem. Would probably stay in a larger space .

Fantastic Ocean Getaway

The Cozy Cove had a great location for checking out Oceanside. We were able to walk to many different businesses for shopping, and coffee. A short drive to the pier, harbour, and train station for some additional adventures. Wonderful place to rest your head at night and relax!

Unfortunately the building was under construction, our first day the water was shut off and the host never responded to me regarding this and to let us know when the water would come back on. There was drilling and hammering in the condo next to us the next day, and the remaining 5 days they were putting a new roof on, which was very noisy all day and extremely messy which we walked through and over all day. On our final day a hydronic pump went off at 6:00 am right under the bedroom window which woke us. I feel we should have been warned about the construction and offered an alternative place or a reduction in cost. This was not a pleasant, relaxing environment.

I am so sorry to hear about this. We do everything in our power to provide a 5 star experience and completely understand the frustration. I was not made aware of any of these issues and am not sure what form of contact was used to get ahold of me but would have been on top of this the second I became aware of it. The owner of the property failed to communicate to me any shut offs/construction which I would have made aware to the guest immediately. As far as the roofing I did reach out regarding this but never heard back. I am very sorry for the miscommunication/inability to get ahold of one another. I have multiple suites in the area and would love to make it up to you with a discounted price if you’re ever in the area again.
