Golf Trip

Stayed here for two days with a group of friends while we golfed the local courses. Hosts provided a free bottle of wine, were EXTREMELY responsive, and accommodated my group with any request we had. Phenomenal stay and host.

The house was lovely! Our host did a great job responding to all questions that we had. We really enjoyed the big basement with the pool table and games. It was a nice touch to have a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. We ready enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Great Option in Cincinnati Area

This place is newly remodeled, very modern & very pretty. The Property manager was great & it was perfect for our over night stay. There was 9 of us and plenty of room and beds. The house is in a very nice little neighborhood and location is great, only 22 minutes from Kings Island and plenty of restaurants around. I would highly recommend this place, clean and beautiful.

Got the job done

There was plenty of room for our group. We were quite surprised with the welcome note and goodies. That was a nice touch. I will say though, that the cleanliness was lacking a bit.

Perfect Family Thanksgiving

The host was easy to reach and quick to respond. It was like walking into my own home. There was more than enough space for everyone. The place was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and my grandchildren loved the game room. I'll definitely stay at Rodney's Family Entertainment Home again.

Location was good for the things we did while there. The house is an interesting mix of old and updated. The kitchen and bathrooms were almost completely updated and, with a couple exceptions quite nice. Bedrooms were fine and as described. Some issues mentioned in recent reviews were still present. We had a couple minor issues at check in that were addressed promptly. We had one more major issue with a shower drain that took a couple days to remedy. Throughout the visit the host was prompt, reachable, and communicated well. The kids enjoyed the pool table and video game very much. All in all an acceptable location. If some of the smaller issues were addressed it could make it even more of an attractive location.

Family Vacay

Rodney was a great host. My family enjoyed themselves in this beautiful home. We came down just for one night to have a family vacation to celebrate our parents wedding anniversary and it was one of the best times we’ve ever had. The house Rodney made sure that we were comfortable and that everything was taken care of. He was really nice and we will be booking again. mr. Rodney made sure that accommodated us for everything and I just want to say thank you Mr. Rodney for all the gifts and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home thank you

Better Than Expected

Let me just say this rental was way more than we could have expected. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room. The kids and young adults loved the downstairs and spent most of their time there. The two bathrooms were adequately stocked with towels and toiletries for us. The host reached out several times during our short two-day stay to make sure we had settled in and to make sure we didn't need anything!! The location was perfect not too far from anything. Quiet neighborhood!!!

Perfect for our party

We rented this space for our daughter’s 16th birthday. She had 20+ friends show up and it was perfect. They had an awesome time playing pool and hanging out in the basement/game room. Overnight we were in 2 adults and 9 kids/teens. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The property was nicely decorated and clean. The host was willing to work with us as we made a decision on the property and was very responsive. The property is on a nice quiet cul de sac. Overall is was a great stay. Would definitely rent again.

Expensive all things considered

Despite the property owners efforts, our stay was disappointing. The photos of the property made it look like a good option for our extended family vacation, but the exterior of the property was not suitable for outdoor playtime. The grill and fire table were very old and did not appear to work. The screened in seating area was dirty. The beds were fine but all the frames are metal and very noisy. The upstairs tub was dirty. The downstairs shower was missing a shower curtain. The basement bathroom needs maintenence. The toilet paper holder is falling off the wall and the cabinet door falls off when opened. Both bathrooms need towel hooks. The pipe access cover in the basement fell off the wall too. The game room really disappointed the kids as the game machine didn't work and it was in a dungeon feeling type room so the littles didnt play downstairs. The pool table was okay but there wasn't adequate space around it. There were large spiders in the basement too. Spring ants also appeared but that wasn't a huge deal. We were grateful for the air fryer that was dropped off after the original one did not work. The bedrooms would be improved by the addition of mirrors. Having more chairs available for large parties would be nice too. In general the house was not as clean as would have expected considering the daily rate. The owner did try to leave nice touches like the welcome note, toiletries, and snacks. He was responsive and did try to make things better. Rate should be lessene
